Deserves no stars. I stopped going to this McDonald’s because of their lack of customer service and ability to complete an order correctly. Tried again this morning after a year.nothing changed. The worst McDonald’s in the world.

Big shout out to McDonald’s Woodbridge for being the ONLY maccas who reads the instructions on my Uber eats order. Both Baldivis McDonalds and the freeway McDonalds simply ignore my requests. Thanks maccas Woodbridge!

Staff are rude. Takes forever Wether you go through drive through or walk in, always takes forever

Ordered then when I got to the pick up window was told to park up and they’ll bring it to me. Sat there for 10 to 15 minutes and decided I need to go in and check on it, only to find out it wasn’t coming to me, they knew nothing about the order so I got my money back and just wasted my time

Just took about 20 minutes to get three hot drinks and some banana bread. Total chaos and disorganisation. People who come into the store get treated like third class citizens coming way after the drive thru and menulog etc. Not happy.

If it was possible to give it no stars I would EVERYTIME I go here no matter the time of day it's absolutely disgusting. Tonight I was only one in the Drive Thru and got asked to park while they made fresh fries. Well I don't know who got my fresh fries because the ones I got were Cold, Soggy and Brown so please tell me what I was parked up for 15 mins waiting for? I have put in numerous complaints in which clearly management don't acknowledge. Not to mention asking for NO PICKLES apparently means you want EXTRA PICKLES.they should consider that some people ask for things to be removed for Allergy reasons.

Morning older (Australian female supervisor) rude angry and condescending. Speaking to me like I was one of her junior staff "yeah mate what do you want, speak up what did you say". Lady if you're going to wear a mask while you talk down to customers and have a houso attitude perhaps maccas isn't for you. You rude cow

McDonald's is world renownd as the world's most popular fast food restaurant, this particular restaurant is quality. Me and my friends frequently visit and are never disappointed by the quality. The wait time here is minuscule and serves as a fast option when looking for a meal. Even if it's not the most healthy option.

Edit: this store kinda sucks. They promise free glasses with meals and then when they run out they don't tell you until after you've ordered

Food was kind of cold which wasn't ideal seeing as though I waited 40mins just to be served and then an extra 45mins for my food to be ready.

Want an icecream shake or even a coffee well you will never get one here the machines are never working. Want hot chips think again cause your not going to get it

Great food great coffee clean restaurant clean rest rooms very friendly helpful proffessional staff. GREAT FOOD WELL DONE GUYS AND GIRLS

I don’t know why they hire little kids or horrible workers. My sister waited 30 minutes to be served. While the boys in the back are playing around with a spatula. To only have her wrap not even wrapped just folded and the food was poorly rushed. I work in hospitality and this place is just an embarrassment.

Frappes! One of the few Maccas that have Frappes available in the mornings. Fast service and perfect frappe

Good, fast customer service. Again, drive through is poorly designed and hinders the carpark and main road with traffic

They seemed short staffed. I used the self order menu but payment would not work at self order so had to pay at counter which was time consuming. Order arrived quickly after payment. Fair experience.

Worst mcdonalds Ive ever been to. No one knows what theyr doing in there. Been there twice, absolute shambles both times.

Terrible service. No acknowledgement of customers waiting, no apology for keeping you waiting, no interest of working faster and kitchen floor covered with bits of food. Regret yet again of visiting this McDonald's!
