McDonald's Wanneroo

Actually a decent Maccas, never had a bad experience here. Food is quick and always fresh, chips and nuggets have been fresh on multiple occasions.

I don't know why but they're coffee always tastes dirty compared to any other maccas no matte who's the Batista, not sure if they're just not cleaning they're machine thoroughly or if its too old
Service is always great though

Always have to check order when leaving. Thick shake machine in never working and they are very slow

Really bad service, order was completely wrong and when called to speak with Manager he didn't really seem to be too worried about it.

Perhaps the staff should focus more on the orders than their social lives.

Tried to get breakfast at 11am.got told to park. Saw my order get given to another car. 35 mins later I got given that persons order which they have already left. So i went in to ask for MY order.none of the staff have a clue whats going on, finally get my order which tasted old anyway so really disappointed and got left with a sore stomach all day:/

Only the breakfast menu until 1030! Went through the drive thru at 1015 and was refused a Happy Meal. My son was decidedly UNhappy. Also the ice cream machine was broken

Their good at making you park up in drive through and wait for 5 mins for standard menu items in non peak times.

Couldn't use my free coffee on my coffee card, told that I have to get the McDonalds app, so all the free ones I've saved up on my card are obsolete.

Not impressed that they no longer accept coffee loyalty cards. Also not 8mpressed that they refused to take my old empty coffee cup. What the?

The frozen drinks machine never seems to be working and the staff don't seem to have a brain of their own

Disgusting! Toilets were filthy and good was cold and soggy. Tables were covered in food and rubbish. Do yourself a favour and go to another McDonalds

Well I would say more training for the young as a young boy said for the cost of a icecream was $10.60 and I said what, he then replied oh sorry that's $1.60 and then the wrong order I received. But it was enjoyable and I save $0.40

Always stuff ordering up & always looks dirty. Especially behind counter with empty boxes on floor.

Good prompt service, burgers were put together nicely instead of just chucked together and covered in grease.

Had to wait after drive thru for two large flat white coffees, waited 15mins only for have the wrong ones and size given to us, sent them back another 5 mins and they arrived warmish. Well stuff it. We will go, we are from out of town. Never again to stop at this Macca's that's for sure Tragic that we had to wait just for crappy coffee.

I called to ask about an employee who had fainted about 30 mins earlier and check they were okay, and was met with "he's working right now you can talk to him later" and was hung up on.absolutely appalled and disgusted by the manager and his rudeness towards a genuinely concerned customer.

Ordered meals for family but they wouldn't allow monopoly vouchers because my wife wasn't in the car. But luck but u missed out on $20 worth of food orders.

Some staff are friendly, but some of them looks like you owe they money always with poker faces and reluctantly talk with you. Food is ok, as most of McDonald. But it seems they don't join some of commercial or special events, I was take my coupon and asked counter, they said they didn't have that offer. Environment is under average not really tidy. Rest of them are ok

I got a mc chicken without the mc chicken × 4 and im mc furious with this mc place and i hope mc this gets mc fixed k thx bye
