McDonald's Wanneroo

Always cold no point even making the trip to this McDonald's would rather drive to another store near by all staff need to be trained on how to prepare the food right would advise not going there or order from.

Brought two big mac meals and asked for a cup of tap water and they refused the cup of water

Hardly any errors, most errors made are for coffee orders and any mistakes made are rectified with a phone call.

I'm not sure but for years I have always got a cup of just ice from McDonald's and never had an issue with anyone saying I'm sorry we can't serve just ice but we can put water in it.but I just want the water that is frozen already u can hold the water please and this mcdonalds refused flat out after pleading for 10 mins.

I don't know but I don't think it's too much to ask and I did order food as well and other drinks so it's not like I'm free loading!

Bought Med Mighty Mcmuffin meal, Sausage and egg mcmuffin and ham and cheese toastie. Mighty mcmuffin only had 1 layer of bacon and not 2 as advertise in photo. Sausage mcmuffin missing egg. Bloody useless workers

No different to any other place they always forget something like paper towels, chips upside down in bag, burgers crooked, half of the sauce on wrapper as well as melted cheese that's what I pay for ugh,

Took long time to be asked what I want to order and then took 20 mins to get food and one worker was giving school kids free drinks and allowed to them to take food for the delivery people's orders and I wasn't happy and either were other customers

1 is to much, the manger wow he was soooo rude when i asked if someone could clean the dirty tables so we had somewhere to sit then made life difficult with our food order

Lovely customer service from I think Rhys! Excellent work in drive through and made sure everything in our order was correct very nice. Food wasn’t the best

I used to live in Wanneroo and head back quite often. This Macca's is very close to a bus stop which on weekdays has two busses running at least every half hour.
Your order is promptly made, although I try to avoid busy times of day so I'm not sure how prompt they are around lunch and dinner.

Came through drive thru. The lady on head was extremely rude with no personality at all! Not your usual happy staff members that are at wanneroo maccas! Giving 3 instead of one because the usual team is awesome, bubbly and nice!

I order a happy meal with apple juice for my kid from drive through today. We soon find out there is No happy meal toy and no juice as well. Therefore I have a very upset kid. I guess it’s not that hard to check your order before serving to the customer. Very poor service at this store.

Food was good but staff were totally focused on Drivethru & Uber eats over the walk in patrons!

Just in drive thru and girl buy the name of shannon had an absolutely disgusting mouth dropping the F bomb atleast 10 times within public hearing.being so horrible and degrading to her young fellow worker. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Not happy did an Uber order from your store, i ordered two apple pies and two big mac special sauce plus two meals. I do not know where my apple pies or my special sauce are. Yes Uber have given me a refund in 3-10 days but are eager to take my money but not give it back. Anyway i do not know how hard it is to double check orders before they leave the store. NOT HAPPY

The lady who first tried to serve me couldn't even understand what I was asking for! She was an INDIAN looking woman. Her manager though soon got what I wanted and then my evening got so much better.

The staff are amazing. Drive thru can be slow at times but they all try their bests. Everyone is really friendly and it’s a good place to go feed your family.

Like going here and the staff are friendly. But I went there maybe 10 min ago and the quality was kinda bad to be honest. Got ice creams and they were half melted and spilling as he handed the tray to us. I have photosbut idk how to upload them.

Worst McDonald’s ever. They take so long to make the order. The food items are ready and they don’t pack the food. They pack it after 10-15 minutes.the staff is very uncooperative and don’t listen. The front young staff keeps talking to their friends and the manager is so stupid
Very bad experience

This was one of the worst breakfasts we have ever had - order was incomplete and when we asked for our milk shake they tried to charge us for it. Cheese toastie was cold and the cheese not melted. We were told it had been toasted. Hot cross buns were ice cold and when we asked for them to be warmed up we received them back as flat as a pancake. We ordered extra hot coffee and it was luke warm and not very good, coffee rated -50 if possible. Really bad. Ordered a vanilla milk shake, received strawberry. This was a bad experience and we will not be returning.
