Mcmuffin is so hard we can't even bite them! Pancakes stone cold so that the butter doesn't even begin to melt. For dine in we had to later ask for sugar, sweetener, cutlery, an extra butter and serviettes. Sad Father's day brecky

If I could give this horrible place a zero or below I would the staff are very rude just really bad the place needs to clean as it was a real dirty dive i would recommend people not to go there I went there today and got serviced by the manger who was a over weight woman who had the worst attitude ever no smile no hi hello a real witch go to hungery jacks better staff better people place and food

Thank you for actually cooking the nuggets and making them crispy and fresh! You guys are the only Mcdonalds around that does this!
Other locations are usually soggy or undercooked.

Good service. Very dirty toilets. One does not go to MacDonald and expect 5 star quality though. All in all kids had shakes and chips which were fast and they had a good time in the play area. I would definitely come back again for a fast food fix with the kids.

I get young people are working here but a lot of errors in the delivery of correct order. Hungry Jack's Kingsley shops has a mature employee at the drive through for years now and cannot beat the service

Not a bad drive threw just a little disappointed in the amount of salt on the fries, No major just a minor.

Bad food quality, nasty and rude manager.
Better avoid this place, go to maccas at
Kingsley or tapping.

Drive thru was packed, went in for two happy meals after a long drive with kids, took twice as long, served my self after watching Uber eats get pushed in front. Fffff useless

Popped into McDonald's tonight to get my kids dinner my 6yr old daughter had just been bitten by a bull ant when I ordered dinner I also asked for a cup of ice water to put on her sting the manager refused and said no you can have water but no ice I even offered to pay with a rude no while my daughter is in the back crying absolutele rude customer service.

Very dirty tables and chairs on a Monday lunchtime. Had to ask staff to wipe tables but they just swept it on the floor.

I recently visited your store and the displeasure of being served by someone who, was more interested in their phone than listening to what I ordered. Not once but twice I repeated the order. During this time his head never lifted from the phone. After getting home I discovered the order was incorrect. PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY WHILE AT WORK. I'll will not return.

Mixed feelings about this McDonalds. Sometimes the food will be great, others not. Tonight my order was inedible! Milkshake was mostly syrup, and burger was totally disgusting! The box was covered in old food and grease, the burger was hard, cold and smelt awful! Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I noticed this! Not happy at all! Very disappointed!

They have filled in the drain under the service window. This means if you drop your change or your card, it won't end up in the drain.

We come here alot because it is convenient. Staff lovely food good but could you please wipe tables in the playground area and clean it. The tables had not been wiped from one day to the next we know this because we came 3 days in a row and sit at the same table outside.

Double check your order before you leave the store. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for items to be forgotten.

This store is an absolute joke. I try not to give negative feed back about any business but consistently getting orders wrong, missing items, and forgetting things like extra bacon. How is it even possible to miss 6 x fries, 1 x fanta and bacon in 3 burgers. This is the fifth time something like this has happened from this store. Depending on which manager you get they tell you to call Uber and get a refund. How bout just put the food in the bag!

It's okay. They've got my order wrong a few times on the drive through, I think that is why they've introduced screens everywhere to reduce their responsibility. Pretty stock standard throughout the estate.

Tables not wiped baby high chairs had old dried food on them more than one person had to ask for them to be cleaned befor sitting to eat

Food was missing. I ordered a family meal, lack of one burger and a bag of chips. Disappointing experience!
