McDonald's Spearwood

I think some of the staff are a couple of fries short of a happy meal. Three attempts at a correct order.

Staff friendly, unfortunately, food I had was inedible. Pancakes for pancake Tues, cold, very small and rubbery.

I dropped a huge meal at the window and the ladies were so nice and made me a new meal! Sorry again! And thank you.

Came in for lunch.placed order was given a no & signs everywhere saying take a seat we deliver to you! After waiting nearly 15 mins & watching others who ordered after me leave with their orders i went to counter.my food had been put into warmer & i was told weve been calling that order.if you dont do as your signs say remove the signs.burger was cold.utterly useless.

I bought mcdonalds today only because of monopoly and my big mac didnt have any stickers even tho they advertised it would have 1!

The food was good, the service.delightful staff. I had free WiFi to get my emails and sales reports up to date.so why 4 stars? I heard a young boy at the counter order, and he was bitterly disappointed that this store did not participate in the McDonald's monopoly game. Guys this is a National McDonald's institution! The kids live, eat, breath and sleep on this fun stuff! Pick up your game! The rest of your offering is perfect!

Disgusting service. Such rude servers, was served by a young girl by the name of Faith who was very rude. Would rather drive to Beeliar than here.

Staff not competent, but I am not surprised by it, but by the manager who despite having a receipt persists in saying that he gave me the sauces, of which I paid, which were not present in my bag

Philippino managers can be very nasty to their workers, speaking their language about their workers is not very professional or nice. Non Philippino workers treated disrespectfully, it also happens at McDonald's in Oconnor WA. Quite sick of seeing this happen.

I gave them a second chance. The worst decision ever: wrong delivered and I had wait for 20min. In addiction, the fries were cold as well as the entire place. Switch on the heater guys! It's winter!

Lets forget the placing your order to a machine what happened to good old customer service you have lovely friendly staff use them to give me the best experience possible

Just a bit average food even for Macdonald standards. Rarely get fresh fresh food. Eg hot chips.

Quick and easy food. Relatively good when compared to other McDonalds. Fast service but not entirely welcoming

Went yesterday night to grab 2 take away medium angus meal and once home we find out the guy put only 1 fries instead of 2. So disappointed

The place is certainly not aging well, service is okay the employee's are only there to get paid, but that's maccas for you

Long waits, always missing salt, pepper, cutlery and napkins. Uber Eats comes first. Looks way understaffed and very stressful.

It's Macca's - can get very busy & may need to wait or be asked to go to their waiting bays.

Absolutely disappointed, had to repeat my order 3-4 times at the drive through, then they still couldn't give me the right order and the chips were cold, not the first time this has happened, even after asking for fresh fries.
Rang the store to inform them that they didn't give me what I asked and paid for and they hung up on me, Disgusted by the lack of customer service.

Appalling service and incorrect orders.
No privacy in the disability toilet.
Toilet held together with cable ties.
No soap in soap dispenser.
Notified staff. No apology other than they would notify management.

What a load of rubbish. $62 for five meals and two out of the five were correct. Missing chips, classic Angus was an over sized cheese burger. Dbl qtr pounder was missy the double part. Seriously how hard can it be, you seem to have no issues working the till and charging for the food.
