McDonald's Spearwood

Gosh darn, the burger was dry, the drink was ry, the chips were dry I have the my maces app, the restaurant was disgusting, the floors uncleaned more staff need to be working on keeping it sanitary.

Service inside is terrible, you feel forgotten as no one seems to come to the counter to serve you, when I first arrived I thought must be self serve only so I went up to Barista to confirm and she said "sorry I am just the barista I can't serve you, someone else will have to" so I said "ok will someone come to the counter then and she responds "yes they should do" 10 mins later and finally I was served but pancakes came out cold and butter was hard.

Long lines, slow service and melted icecream which was a puddle when given at drive-thru. Will drive further away next time it go to HJ instead.

The quality of service and efficiency is apaullling. I ask for a drink and they tried to deny me. Not today. When someone orders something don't give reasons not buy food. Your trying to make a profit. Where's your customer service. Sometimes I wonder how they even get hired with this quality of staff.

Not overly fussed with Macca's but my husband felt like a burger. The chips as usual were yummy but we ordered a garden salad for me. What a waste of $4.00. Bit of iceburg lettuce & a couple of cherry tomatoes. Don't bother ordering it. Big waste.

Quality for a maccas. Fast service. Mds prices are terrible though. $27 for a few things is double that of hjs but quality here is far superior than most

Always happy staff and good customer experience. My family and I actually travel here from a couple postcodes away to avoid our local McDonalds where we actually live!

Was waiting in line behind a family who were taking a long time to place their order. The manager noticed, came out and offered to place my order for me at the self-service console. (I never use them). Very prompt and friendly service. Thank you.

Staff are always friendly and patient even through a rush. Food has always been served correctly and properly.

The food is consistently bland, poorly presented and the patties are often dry, which I would guess comes down to the fact that the patties are not tossed as often as they should be when enough time has passed.

Only rely on this McDonald's if you are absolutely desperate for takeout, for whatever reason. Or, if you're blazed and poor quality food doesn't matter to your blitzed taste buds.

Still a sub-par Macca's, sadly. As our local, would love for them to do better. But they NEVER answer the phone when we call.

Ask for "Fresh" nuggets at ordering, remind the cashier at pay window; reconfirmed at pickup window.

And I got lukewarm nuggets. These nuggets has been sitting in warmer more than 5+ minutes.

Not sure whats the reasons for this store employees doesn't understand the meaning of FRESHLY MADE.

McDonald's and store owner should provide more training.

A multitude of entries to get in, service was quick burger was super greasy but. However it was a double quarter pounder "should realy get the scales out one day for that" only went through drive through

We had a take away this morning around 10.45. Coffee tasted terrible (7 eleven $2 coffee I had yesterday tasted better), my partner had Ice choc with full cream milk/whipped cream which is very watery and no good and also 3x Happy meals we ordered had all same toys in all 3 boxes. We will never will be going there again and never recommend. Very unhappy with this experience!

The employees were friendly but the restaurant itself was filthy. Tables were sticky, the floor had fries, and there was tomato sauce on the self-order screen on my visit.

My two-year-old grandson got locked in the play area at McDonalds in Spearwood and they couldn’t find the keys! The security door into the side of the play area was locked. I told a male employee it was locked and asked him to get the keys and open it so I could get my distraught grandson out. He didn’t come back and instead was working in the kitchen. I was really angry and went to the front counter and demanded someone open the safety door because by this time my grandson was really distressed and yelling for me. The manager finally came down with some keys but none of them opened the gate! She left so I ended up climbing into the play area to try and bring my grandson down. I hurt my back in the process because it was such a small confined space I had to climb into and manoeuvre up to the top to finally get my grandson and bring him down. This is inexcusable. What if there had been a fire!

Convenient for me as I live just down the road from it. SERIOUSLY, though its a really nice MACCA'S.

Ordered Angus burger two nights nights ago when I got home only half the burger in box, bottom half of burger missing cheese layer stuck to bottom of box need to check before serving
