McDonald's Spearwood

Really poor service. Long wait you guys suck. How hard is it to read a order and put it in a bag.

Went hear on Fruday 29Dec 2023, first order was fillet of fish, the 2nd order mc, happy meal, the mc, hapoy meal was cold as, sane as the filket of fish, had to hange the manager was happy to do this, but overall the quality of the food has down hill since opening, you pay for something you exspect it to be hot and not warm or cold, also the burgers have seemed to be smaller now, value for money NO! For a food chain as big as mc, donalds it should be better, the bins inside were oveflowing with rubbish not a very appealing,

I was having problems with the app and asked to speak to someone because it said the meal wasn't available at that store even though it was. The manager was totally unhelpful and told me to order it normally without the app, which meant no points. He was quite short with me. This had happened to me at another Maccas, and there, they took the error code down and said they'd contact IT. The next time I went there, they'd fixed the problem but not at Spearwood, he didn't even look at my screen or write the code down. Not interested at all, disappointing.

U need to spend money on training to teach these people how to put on lids get to the window its half empy would u like a lid for it bunch of flops never ever spending money here again my family not coming here no more thats it no ive got milkshakes all over the car if this was hot coffee on me you would be goi g to court fr

At 11: 30am today at the drive-through, I was told I could not get hotcakes- breakfast menu closed at 10: 30. This MacDonald website says it's open til noon. Gee, that's odd. MacDonald has never lied to me before. At least not in the past month.

OMG where did my Chinese, fish and chippy, deli, hairdressers and Chicken Treat go! Now a maccas! Spearwood has changed!

By far the worst McDonalds store ever! ALWAYS getting order wrong 9 times out of 10 you ask for no pickles you get pickles! Ask for your coffee extra hot you get it warm! No the customer service from the young girls that work there during the week in the afternoon and night is shocking VERY RUDE ALL THE TIME! They need to be FIRED! The ONLY person that works there and is polite/happy and friendly is a young guy named Ben that works in the drive thru in the morning (Thanks Ben) If there was another store closer to where I live would never got to this place again (lucky I move in 4 weeks) MANAGMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF (Apart from Ben they need to promote him) VERY VERY POOR!

Can't get your order right, told me I paid for the McMuffin by itself when I asked them for the rest of my meal and made me pay for it again double charging me, you'd think they would be more on point since it's fairly new and especially being mother's Day.shame

Been here twicr had to ask for a refund had to wait 15 minutes for order then when it arrived burgers were a mess. Was cold all fries fallen everywhere in the bag. Worst mcdonnalds ever been to shocking quality control and service stay clear of this place at all cost

Walked in today at 12pm and there were probably like 3 other customers there so fairly quiet. I asked if they can open the playground as it was locked and the response I received was “sorry we can’t and there’s no reason either”. Am I being pranked? All workers seem to love hiding at the back too. Plenty of customers waiting at the front to put an order in and have waited for no reason.

This is like the 5th time this has happened - ordered drink and get home and its all gas.as they havent refilled the lemonade leaving it undrinkable! Rang and rang and no one answers the phone!

Very good double quarter pounder in Perth. Need to cut down salt on it but fries need more salt

Apparent from some woman screaming at her son, all the time I was in there. Food was lovely, coffee nice and hot-

This store has the slowest and worst customer service of any maccas I've been to. Ever since they upgraded to a dual- lane ordering bay, the service has gotten slower and queue times have increased. Not fast enough, not efficient enough

Terrible service. Always a 10-15 minute wait in store for food to come out. Chips r usually cold. Clueless staff who always struggle to get orders right. Get ur act together maccas.

NEVER LETS ME DOWN.
This is by far and above the best McDonald’s in all of WA. Never fail to serve soft serve or frozen drinks. Service is ALWAYS pleasant and you can tell the staff go above and beyond to make sure they keep the customers happy. People here are genuinely happy and Servers are super attentive and cheerful. Normally wouldn’t review a simple fast food place, but this is too good to not let people know. This is the best McDonald’s. I appreciate the staff at Spearwood McDonald’s so much! Thanks for never letting us down:)

We definitely don’t eat Maccas very often but with a tired family, miles away from home and starving hungry this restaurant failed to disappoint. Fresh burgers and fries and clean facilities. Thanks a bunch

Worst maccas ever almost everytime I go there they get my order wrong and I swear no one is over the age of 13 they got no customer service skills and 1 of them looks stoned of there trolley everytime I see them what's going on new spearwood maccas

I ordered a Mc chicken with all my points for dinner and the dumb lady who took my order messed it up and lost my order and I couldn’t redeem my free mc chicken I bought with my points and now I have no dinner insanely disappointing

The drive through here is so confusing, 2 pickup windows and you go in the afternoon, prepare to be blinded by the sun. Foods usually warm, not hot and they've got my order wrong several times.
