McDonald's Joondalup

Asked for a large meal with small chips, was told this could not be done because the lady taking my order didn't know how and it was 'too busy' to ask someone else to do it. How unprofessional and poorly managed do you have to be to turn down a customer because you haven't trained your staff well enough to operate a machine.

Went for food, burger was not only a complete reck but also also missing half the ingredients, went back for sundaes later, they got the order wrong and we paid for frappes. Guy fixed it up but the manager was incredibly rude, chucking our change at us not even saying sorry or thanks. The poor guy that messed our order up was nicer than her. Super unprofessional.

If you go through drive through at this McDonald's you get told to park when you've only ordered one happy meal to wait between 15-30mins, forget the drink, burger not wrapped and luke-warm to cold chips
They don't even need to have a queue inside or outside in order that you need to park.

Happens every time, really poor service.

I youst to think McDonalds was good until I found a pickle in my milkshake

Pathetic service. Meals were poorly packed and no chicken in the chicken salad coupled with old lettuce. This is after waiting 10 min in drive thru with no other cars in sight.

Even if there is no other customer. 100% of the time you will be asked to wait in the waiting bays in drive through. Makes 0 sense.

If you ask it’s for ‘Fresh Fries’

What’s with the fresh fries shortage in Joondlaup. Every so often waiting makes sense but every time?

Often the fries then brought out are cold anyway.

Make sure to check your order is correct also.

Other than that regular Mickey D’s!

Very poor service have been here multiple times over the last few weeks to get coffee for them to forget to make it to waiting 8 minutes for it. They were not busy at any time while waiting. Then when I did get the coffee it was cold. Will not be be going back

Bad and rude service from a boy who took our order and a lady who give the orders on drive thru. Made a mistake on our order and was really rude about it. Ordered Ice cream cone and the portion was really small compare to the other branch. Need more training for the staff!

Beware of this McDonald's.they over charge for alot of products.most expensive I've been to in Perth.

Even though we ordered through the in store screen system, they still managed to get our order wrong, and all we ordered were 2 coffees. Surely it can't be that hard?

The food was disgusting my husband couldnt eat his he threw it out and price was over the top i dont know how familys can afford to go there we are on the aged pension and it gave us a bit of shock.

Was trying to eat my food at 11: 20 and got asked to leave due to it being late even tho there was a couple inside eating their food

Air con broken so has machines circulating the hot air, ordered a family pack with a quarter pounder, got a cheese burger. That part we can live with. The state of the facilities though. We have two young boys, my job to take them to the toilet. Mens wasn't working so used the disabled toilets to the left. Well look at the pics. This was as we entered. Toilet seat broken, not cleaned recently, sink actually leaks when you use it, has no one used thread tape and a plumbers wrench before? I'm sure the staff shortages make up for a maintenance person? !

Do not attend this restaurant. Unclean and extremely unsanitary venue, food orders are never correct and the coffee machine clearly hasn’t been serviced as drinks taste like chemicals.

Drive through, Good coffee, and service, friendly staff, toilet facilities, birthday and Confrence rooms

Overall a good Maccas went there to get shakes didn't have any do upgraded us to Frapachinos for free which was great customer service.

Went in at 9: 30pm and there weren't any customers at the counter. Waited there for a few minutes while staff busied themselves everywhere but where I was. Finally someone from the kitchen yelled, "why don't you order at the kiosk? " So I did, and paid at the counter. It would have taken less time for them to take my order themselves. Since when do the employees at maccas turn away people waiting to order from other human beings?
Also, napkins were greasy.

Good food but such as always the food looks very different from the advertisement on the food and often the sause is not good at all.

Kids area could be cleaner as well as the children seats and toilets, but still the place I'd quite nice

My burgers where slapped together and over seasoned and I had to wait for a long time to get my food
