McDonald's Joondalup

Imagine, you order an iced latte in the drive-thru and after waiting for 5 minutes you get a hot latte. But upon mentioning that you ordered an iced latte, they ask you to park in the waiting bay. And guess what, you get the same latte in that transparent cup with a few ice cubes, ruining the taste of the coffee and your expectation. So so disappointing! Note: You notice this easily, specially when you’re a regular consumer of this product.

I gave it 3 chances before I gave up (because I love my junk food) They put the chips in the bag while waiting for the burger so they are cold when you get them. Their fish fillet is always old and crusty and for some reason they cannot align the ingredients, the cheese is always on the side of the box. Their focus is speed not quality or common sense.

Shocking drive through! Couldn’t wait to get us through the drive through went to order 3 things after the first one he had enough. Wasn’t impressed at all. Won’t be going to this one again.

It was quite busy school holidays at lunch time was a big mistake. Toilets are a little bit dirty and one of the order machines was broken. Went and sat in my car to eat as the restaurant was noisy was yelling and screaming kids

Place was like gang land. Youngsters hang out place. Open boxes fresh bread behind counter on the floor. Manager was running nuts.

Terrible experience. I ordered on the app, already payed, guy at the first window showed the correct order. Next window to collect food, rude young girl (this was precisely at 9pm on 17/09) gives me a frozen coke and I told her that wasn’t my order, I’m waiting on an app deal which was 2 burgers and fries and she shuts me down with complete attitude and says no a coke is all you ordered and walks off. So I physically show her what I ordered on the app and I get told to go and park. So I park for 10 mins and a lovely staff member comes out to check my order and apologise. So thank you for that young man, you did great but the girl at the window needs to work on her attitude. Not good at all, I think I would know what I ordered…

I was there before I asked for a long Mac topped up made sure they would understand next thing I realised it tasted funny and was a long black need to learn how to make a coffee

Always a long wait in the parking bay. ALWAYS. Ask them why and they say they are cooking our burgers fresh.there's nothing fresh about them. Don't go here if any other option.

My experience at this Mc Donald's was absolutely terrible. I had to explain myself to 6 different people to try get a missing Cheese Burger a missing Quarter Pounder and a missing 24pk of Nuggets resolved which took 1 hour 30minutes, my whole order was all cold long before resolving our order issue to how long it took to try get it sorted. The crew members were trying to help more than any of the 3 managers I spoke too, and the managers were treating us as if we had stuff up our own order. Our experience at this McDonalds was absolutely horrible and me and my family will be happy to drive extra distance to go to any McDonalds but this one.

Went with a group of friends. Was one of the few first to order. Paid at the screen and then stood in front of the pick up area. Order number was 106. My friends orders were 104,105,107,108 and 109, and they were called out before mine. Surely you could’ve figured that there was a problem. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Was it worth it? Kind of, not really. The strawberry thickshake tasted salty, of all things. Do better

For a 24/7 store they sure like to place their bins in the drive through so they get no customers, or they will just tell you they cannot serve you after 12am or they will say they can only make big Mac's or cheeseburgers after 12am.um so what these guys doing and how much do they get paid to do nothing, sounds like an excellent way to run a franchise.

The fillet was cold rubbery and grey.
I will never step into Joondalup Maccas again.

The restaurant looks like it has not been cleaned all day.
Bins overflowing, food and rubbish on the floor and and tables.

Never again.

Went through drive through last night at around 10pm and there was no cueue and we waited with no acknowledgement at speaker despite us trying to get their attention. Drove to window with no sincere apology. Workers aware of our situation and laughing and joking in the background laughingat our expense. Went to pick up our order and told no aoli but when questioned there was magically some next to the window. Told to wait in parking bay. Restaurant not busy with no one else coming through drive through then was made wait for 10 minutes for small order. Car in front of us was waiting longer. When food was delivered car in front did not receive all of their order and person dropping off order had left before they could rectify this. Won't be back.

Always get orders wrong and very slow. Rude service as well as lack of items. If you're going to say you don't have a certain product at least offer a substitute.

Food was garbage, ordered a cheeseburger meal and only got half the meat patty in my burger and my large chips were cold and soggy I don’t recommend this for anyone!

They always send more cars to the waiting bays than can actually fit, making it impossible for other cars to get around. So KPI focused, at the cost of customer service.

The staff here are actually amazing! Always working hard to get my order out fast and today through drivethru i had the lovliest customer service at around mid day.well done maccidies, staff and managers xx

I’m use to having to check to make sure all the burgers are there but think it’s too much to check if the burgers have patties. Two Big Mac, only one beef patty in each. FAIL. Won’t go there again.

Ordered a thick shake from maccas this morning and they gave us some strawberry thickshake coffee mixture. My mum and I are allergic to coffee. Disgraceful

Staff member telling customers Maccas don't sell coffee frappes anymore and yet still listed on menu and other stores sell it nearby.weird
