McDonald's Joondalup

We paid for a large meal, and the fries were half empty, we paid for 5 pumps of oreo and got two. It was very disappointing.

This morning, it wasn’t very busy and we were waiting 30 minutes for our food and drinks and they stuffed up our drinks order. There has also been a spilt coffee on the floor and on the table that managers were walking past and haven’t cleaned it up and it’s been there for 20 minutes now. Thanks maccas

The food is absolutely magnificent and them fries are crispy as one can get. The service however is most the time so bad that you’ll have to wait onwards of up to 30mins for a cheeseburger and fries, like damn. The store looks pretty good.

Jayde was lovely! I’m assuming she’s the manager? She has such a great personality and was professional and kind and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. I’ve been sat here, drinking my coffee for about 15-20 minutes, and just happened to notice how well she’s doing at her job. Also the coffee was pretty decent too. Just thought i’d share some positivity and hopefully her managers see this

This is the fastest McDonald's I have ever been too. Not only is your time the biggest priority but they will give you extremely poor behaviour and service the moment you even request quicker service. The manager, Danelle literally threw my food at one point. The last time I ate there I decided never to go back. I had human blood on the wrapping paper of my burger. The worker in the back didn't realize he had cut himself and had made food for dozens of people before I brought the blood to his attention. It makes me queezy thinking about it.

Can never get an order right.seriously useless.kids working there can't read and don't give a toss.

Mcds here in joondalup is a real hit and miss. Sometimes it's great an sometimes it's rubbish and they don't put the extra sauce on your burger when requested ‍️ or leave things out.super annoying if in drive through an don't notice till you get home ‍️. The toilets need attention more often than they get in a day too.

Waited 20 minutes for a "fresh" mcspicy. Got an old mcspicy that had been re heated. Pile of slop with cardboard. Very rude service. They didn't give me a receipt so that I could return it so I just threw it out my window

Very disappointed no milk for coffees at 8.30am no milkshakes as ice cream machine out of order staff very rude floors were disgusting won’t be in a hurry to take the kids there anytime soon.

The place was filthy rubbish all.over the floor tables filthy and the toilets were beyond disgusting none of the hand sanitisers were usable all.empty staff didn't care as.we.told them

Toilets were filthy. What health hazards lie here. Complained to manager who said sorry would sorry it out but it as I looked back was laughing about it This place needs to be visited by a health inspector and McDonald's management. 1 star review cos I can't give it negative stars.

Whenever I went in this McDonald at night, they always said their system is updating or not working or in maintenance
They should shut down during nights

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN McDONALDS JOONDALUP.
This time I had to wait over 10 minutes for just one thick shake!

Saturday morning breakfast. It was the worst experience we have had. We are regulars at this McDonalds and the service has deteriorated over time. This breakfast was the last straw and the worst breakfast in a long time. Only got half the order at the drive thru, had to wait for the rest. Got next part delivered to the car, vanilla milk shake half chocolate, coffee had no sweetener.still waiting for rest of order while the other food was getting cold.went into store to get replacement coffees.got told by manager they’re under staffed… asked where the rest of the older was.waited another few minutes to get the 2nd round of coffees which where now cold.maybe should have ordered ice coffee.the cheese toastie we ordered was just lying dead on the shelf and felt like it had come out of the fridge…you go to McDonald’s for fast food and you get slow and cold? Food. We kept hoping the service would improve, but unfortunately it has not and this was the last straw. McDonald’s Joondalup has lost a good and regular customer, as we won’t be returning.

Horrible customer service from manager and staff. Went to the drive through and waited 20+ mins for my order. Asked the manager what happened and why the wait was so long, and he didn’t give an answer, asked him again and he didn’t care, what so ever or give an apology for the wait. No courtesy, very disappointed that we were treated like that by the manager.

Unlike Wanneroo or Kingsway McDonalds, they actually get my order correct and always have very friendly staff rostered. The manager last on duty last night for example was the friendliest bloke whos ever served me on drive thru

McDonald joondulup is easily the best maccas I have ever gone to, my triple fillet o fish was superb and they even put bacon on it as well. A nice gentleman named Harry served me and he was very nice he offered to upgrade by unfrozen coke to a frozen coke. Excellent service fast and there were plenty of families enjoying the food as well. + here's an NFT I own.

Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru, they didn't have my meal ready by the time I got to the window and seemed to have no idea what my order was. Coffee tasted like they left descaler in the water tank. It was super bitter and sour tasting.
