52AWESOME, busy afterschool gets really hot other then that awesome. Great play space for kids. MANAGER IS THE BEST
Friendly, clean and very well presented McDonald's. Am a regular there, mainly due to my granddaughter who loves the play area. Always a pleasant experience.
Nice place. Had breakfast there. Went after Australia day and the wait time was quite long but hey, everyone is hung over the next morning and wants some maccas.
Well, it’s maccas they all taste the same but use need to focus on people’s orders when they add or minus things. 4 times in a row they’ve given me my burger without the extra I’ve added or a completely different burger.
Service was very slow and when told there was a spill on the floor they took about 15mins to clean it up or put any signs out for safety.
Not impressed with the staff safety or service
but the playground is great
Polite and amazing staff, down to earth manager, its pretty good for fast food, dont be to harsh on them with speed, as this is the busiest fast food joint around, havent had a stuffed up order here since 2014.
Best maccas I've ever been to, food was served quick and is actually fresh unlike most who let it sit for who knows how long before serving it, great example of what a fast food place should be like
Came in 13/11/18. My 2 daughters and wife are all sick and throwing up the chips eaten from Mcdonalds Ellenbrook. Not sure if someone was sick or the chips where old and not thrown out when they should have been. Not happy. If your staff are sick send them home! I would hope in the future your all following correct food handling and food safety procedures as this is a clear breach.
We walked in and placed our order on the iPad.straight away I see many tables and chairs that look clean and well prepared. I proceed to make my order that consist's of one 1$ burger and a free drink. The end
Rude and often obnoxious staff, long wait times even when empty, orders are regularly forgotten about and messed up (the coffee in particular)
Avoid this place at all cost
Nothing wrong with food and staff are great as are most maccas stores but super busy place. Long waits in drive through are common
