The way staff treats with delivery drivers are bit strange and different then all other stores, I picked food and use sanitizer which was on the counter for clients, when I use it next second one of staff member take it back from counter and put it on floor, it was expression like it’s not for delivery drivers, and
One More, on the same day, I picked a delivery and the staff said tap on pick up on app and slide to start in front of me, it was fair enough and can be definable, But if someone work like dispatch or delivery service before, they know who it feel.

Worst service ever. Ordered happy meal cheeseburger in drive thru and when I got home and checked it was just a slice of cheese in between the bun. Disgusting

Ordered coffee and it wasnt heard properly. We said 2 shots cause most macs in our experience put 3 into their large cups. We were given 3 instead of 2. We then had to wait for a remake. Then we had a information session on how their large coffees are only served with 2 shots. And 3 are extra. We didnt ask for 3, we asked for 2. We were not listened to. A little embarrassing being 'informed' we made the mistake. We did not. Your experience may be different.

There costomer service is so bad I called to try and speak to there manager because there were pubes in my burger and they hung up on me

Let's be honest it's Macca's so you know what you're getting. They have reasonable service but the drive in always packed and a traffic nightmare.

Every single time I buy here they get my order wrong some how. And leave out things that I pay for. My fault for checking it but just expect them to get it right some of the times.

The person in the drive thru needs to either get some more customer service training or find another job because; rather than speaking to me like a decent human being and sorting the issue out they spat the dummy, cancelled my order and abandoned the drive thru booth when I tried to argue with them, they really need to go and find some fulfilment in their miserable lives. Can't even get the simplest tasks right.
I get that maccas is an un-enjoyable, depressing place to work, but don't take it out on the customers who are simply trying to get something to eat, it's no wonder why they get abused so much.

This place is absolutely horrible and not thinking about their customers we simply pulled in before other customers and were served last, something extra to add to the list was a problem with the ice cream machine surprise surprise, me and this disabled person actually drove out 20 minutes and we’re not served to our satisfaction.

Orderd via uber eats, a large meal w/ large chips I received a kids drink and my chips 1/2 full.

Waited more than 40 minutes and still didn't get order. Spoke to manager who didn't care. Got our money back eventually and went to hungry jacks!

The line was so outrageous in the drive through on a Friday night.and we waited 1 hour for a family burger deal and then the burgers had the wrong sauces. It doesn't help they had way to many manu log and user eats orders.

Not bad but service can be a bit slow sometimes and there can be traffic problems to other motorists going to the mall. As working in a fast food industry is not easy it's hard work.

Useless as a bag of farts can't even remember to put chicken on a chicken burger.and once chicken was added it was so nuked from the microwave I could taste the radiation.

Good service, bad when busy as only one in area. Could do with a better wait bay system in drive through, like adjacent park bays opposite exit.

Staff are always pleasant. Need help with the coffee as it has tasted terrible for the past month, not impressed.

The same lady always hands me my coffee at 6am each morning (mon-fri) she is amassing and sometimes when I get the order wrong on he app she double checks with me because she knows what I want even when I don’t know what I want hahaha x

Could do with some decently paid, proper, security guards in this store. I never go here or even have a burger. But the day I did, I had to sit and watch a young Aboriginal boy, doing wheelies and burnouts, up and down the aisles useing his elderly relatives wheelchair? Not really my idea of a good lunch. Completely rude.

Is it just me or are the 'Big' Macs getting smaller and smaller each year. And yet they are so freaking expensive.
Sad overpriced msg packed junk.
Skip maccas in my opinion, go to a Cafe and get a big brekkie. Similar price and better quality and value for your dollars.
The only saving grace is the coffee.

Good food today but being school holidays there was a little bit of a wait. I had to reorder my hot chocolate after 20 mins as they had given it to someone else! But good food!
