Will generally get the orders right even when busy, however to date, is still possibly the only place with more tap out gear worn than a UFC ring with cheaper punches thrown than Connor McGregor on a night out in Vegas. Take the drive through option

Currently sitting in drive through, took AN HOUR to get from placing my order to paying and then Then having to pay full price, not sure what happened to “fast food” but this is beyond ridiculous, when I finally got my meals they where cold anyways. Not at all happy.

My son was refused service at 3.40pm on a hot 40deg day after school, wanted to purchase a drink and was told "sorry we don't serve kids" No other reason provided.

Worst service possible this morning, forgot my coffee and meal appeared in bag unwrapped, never again.

Slowest McDonald’s on the west coast. Foods alright if you don’t mind waiting 30m while 15 Ubers drivers get their meals before you.

You'll never get your food in night time because they always have System updates.

And if Incase they're open it's like a restaurant not a fast food joint.

Hot cakes are Cold cakes now they were that cold the whipped Butler didn't melt.
Syrup was also cold do very unenjoyable breakfast.
No numbers for table service
The worst part is the lack of hygiene, men's toilet seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time.
The urinal was yellow and acidic to the point of feeling nauseous
Very disappointed in a time when we should be more vidulent with our hygiene

Staff are friendly but its horribly slow. 45-60min wait on food from the drive through and constantly 30min+ in the store.

Sat in drive through for 15 to 20mins waiting for one burger.not usually an issue but when trapped in with no exit and expecting a typical McDonald's FAST drive through experience leaves menvery disappointed

Not one time have i ever received the order that i have paid for from this McDonald's Wether i get uber eats or come in person the level of incomplete has become a form of amusement to my family.

Table service took 25mins to deliver, when the food arrived we were missing items. When we got that sorted the food was only warm, just. All in all rubbish service, cool food and the order messed up. Not like McDonald's used to be, when fast food really was

Waited forever to order two drinks in drive-thru! Got to the pay window and it was closed. Drove to the next window then one employee ask me if I have paid. I said no the pay window is closed. The employee keeps saying that i should pay at the pay window and the reason the pay window is closed is because they are under staff and the person who is supposed to be there is busy doing something else…………I’m supposed to have known and waited! Absolutely useless…. Won’t be going there anytime soon.

Was waiting in drive through for a few minute and no one was taking my order, the other drive through lane two cars came up after me and both got their orders taken before me and then I was still waiting. When I brought up the situation at the window she was so rude and didn't say anything to me about it just an attitude about my order. At least the food was good.

I'm getting tired of eating mcdonald's food. I have had just to much of it and now I don't want mcdonald's any more.

Constantly waiting 15+ minutes for orders, this is very bloody inefficient when making deliveries for food deliver services. Definitely gets worse on night shift and most of the workers seem lost and not interested. These delivery drivers get paid by delivery and not by standing around for 15+ minutes every time you have to deliver from this restaurant.

Worst maccas every spend $67 an was missing 2 combos an all the toys to the happy meals i order an straws the fries were tipped out of the packaging absolutely useless people NEVER AGAIN

OMG went in around 3: 30 and all the school kids from Ellenbrook high were in there. They were rude, loud and obnoxious. Screaming, swearing, yelling left mess everywhere, I felt like I was at the Zoo, not in a restaurant. The poor manager has to be a child care worker as well. I finally received my meal and it was wrong, so I went to the counter and the manager didn't apologize, she just said "that's weird" and gave me the correct order. DON'T GO TO THIS MACCAS ON A WEEKDAY IN THE ARVO!

Waiting 30 to 40mins at the drive through defeats the purpose of it being fast food. Nonetheless the staff do an amazing job and a big thankyou to each and everyone one.

This place isn't really good enough, some areas are dirty and all the rabishbing are full. The toilets were descastin. I

Waited for half an hour in the drive-thru for two meals. It took them 15 minutes just to come out and see what I was waiting for. In compensation, I got a $10 voucher for stores in the area. Very useful to someone who lives 45 minutes away.
