McDonald's East Victoria Park

Pretty poor service. Im not that fussed generally when it comes to fast food, but they are consistently rude, shove your food out the window and don't say a word to you, continuing with their conversations whilst they serve you. It's not that hard to be nice.

Well managed and stuffs showed good customer service. Fries always fresh and crunchy. Their play area is also good sized and clean.

I found the guy behind the counter with nametag DANILO to be very abusive and rude! Me and my family wont be coming back. I can see why this store has so many negative reviews on here.

Just came through this McDonalds about 15 minutes ago and ordered two meals and asked for it to be cooked fresh, so I obviously knew I’d have to park to wait for the food. I waited about 5 or so minutes and nothing I received was fresh. The food literally cost us about $25 and I’m disgusted to say the least. How can you not manage to cook fresh food when you have about 2 customers at the one time? I would like to be contacted so I can be reimbursed. Thanks.

Nice play area for the kids. Can be very busy sometimes. Seating areas are blocked and closed after around 8pm which is a bit annoying and inconvenient.

Double quarter pounder was good. Fries were fresh, not stale. Apple pie & ice cream was good. The only thing, we thought it was open 24 hrs, but we got kicked out at 11pm, bec only the drive through is 24 hrs: (

Finally McDonald's has a bit cleaner newer n better looking outlet and play area with somewhat attended toilets.

Recommend parents to take their kids there, it has nice undiscovered play area with aircon.

This maccas in East Vic Park is the worst franchisee place around!
Aggressive staff and the food is dirty. The lights hand down from the ceiling and are right in your face as you walk around.

One of the best MC Donald's I have ever seen. To be honest I was impressed. Very clean, organised and all the staff were smile all the time I went there around 11h on Sunday so was quite busy but even though they were perfect.

For Macdonald this is the best store for service and way food came. Toilets are clean. It also has a new play area.

It is located on corner of Albany Hwy and shepperton, Welshpool road. It has a coffee part and looks very clean.

Always an issue even used the app to make sure it wouldnt be a struggle going in and i still get parked, and have to waitwish i could give no stars

I ordered quarter pounder and small chip didn’t get chips in the bag when i called she was rude she didn’t apologize They never call in first attempt happend to me three times

On Saturday there were lots of customers. Still enough seating. The customer service was excellent. The playground is big, in doors, and air-conditioned. There is a party room too.

It took the staff over 15 minutes to complete a 2 cheeseburger order with a sprite! When the order was finally ready I was handed my burgers and a COKE! I think that sums up the quality and level of service you will get at this particular McDonald's

Very bad service the manager was very rude with me i did order drive through i got my order an went to home when i saw my order it was not mine an i went to again drive through i exploded everything to manager but she was very rude with me it was seriously waste of time! And end of.i got nothing the manager she was very rude

I find all McDonald's restruants very expensive I ordered a Big Mac on its own $6.50 for a burger with hardly anything in it except 2 pieces of burger mince and some cheese and the burger was so small about 2.5 inches or 60 mm and I felt really ripped off and on top of all that it was not nice to eat. Never again Maccas.
