McDonald's East Victoria Park

I waited for 30 minutes outside at night for service. No one came to serve me. Never back here again

Fries were cold, Spicy Crispy Chicken burger had no flavour and the chicken was dry. I know if you want a great burger, you don't go to fast food restaurants.

I'm always served quickly here and haven't had a single bad experience. For people wanting to walk in and dine the area is very comfortable, I ordered a late which came in a cafe style glass and looked just like what you would get from a coffee shop.

Quick and easy place to grab a quick bite to eat and a coffee when you are on the go. Friendly staff, consistent McDonald's food.

I am waiting for my for almost one hour but, they can not deliver to my food for me. And, they can only give the food drivethow. And I thing this is not a good thing.

Not impressed with going to counter to order and taken to self order screen not staff fault as she was very helpful but i refuse to do self service anything when it costs staff there jobs.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a McDonalds. Had my order signed off and left to sit on a counter for 5 + mins. Asked for fresh fries, when they eventually got round to giving it to me, got given the evils by the staff for asking this. Then when I also requested no ice in my drink, as ordered, was told that I hadn't asked for this. I explained that the cashier refused to put this in my order. I was again given the evils for asking for what I ordered. Got home to a burger where the lettuce was soggy and inedible. (2 min drive)

Colder, Soggy, Worse.

Good for a Mc Donalds. I eat here a bunch, they tend to get mobbed at certain hours and have been chronically likely to stuff up my orders in small ways.

Food was barely ok, my coke was warm as goats pis.
The service was shocking, way understaffed for clearly a peak period.
The toilets were disgusting to say the very least stinking like pee, puddles of it on the floor.

Found the ordering system here a little strange. Order on the self serve machines, but then deal with a staff member to pay cash. Drink was nice and cold, staff were friendly & the place was relatively clean.

Great atmosphere, nice new playground and decor, good music and love the guy who goes around and asks people if everything is ok and whether they need anything. Very friendly and kind, excellent customer service. Kids like him too.

Where are the tills, I don't work for Mc Donald's why are they taking the tills away how is the youth of tomorrow going to pay for anything if they can't work at maccas

Can't get delivery order correct. Stuffed it up 3 times now Make the crappiest Sundaes out of all the Maccas i have ever been to.

Its not the first time i came here and disappointed!
Made such as mistakes ordered with drive thru at least ask before you give the order to the costumer because I have received many of different food &drinks that I ordered but I just suck it up because I don’t want to reverse the car.

Terrible service. The girl at the counter was badly trained and slow on the touch screen. When it was my turn in line she walked away from the counter and then served an uber rider who had just turned up. A new level of terrible service.

Maccas! What can i say.the standard. However, Vic Park store is looking pretty amazing after the renovation. Looks more like a proper restaurant

Serving luke warm and soft fries.staff not friendly And poorly trained. I ordered some nuggets and some of them were still cold also it didn’t come with any sauce I’ve asked and no napkins Never go back.

In my respect, not always but sometimes it is really the best choice to get a MC and get away from cooking!

The McDonalds restaurant at this location I feel have better trained staff and the food is made fresh to order rather than being left there but I guess that is because they get very busy. They have upgraded the play area for the kids to entertain themselves if you're dining in and it is air conditioned for your kids comfort.

Another maccas. Looks nicer inside now renovated. Not sure I like the fact I have to use selfie serve just for a coffee mccafe.
