McDonald's East Victoria Park

Apart from being the slowest serving McDonalds I've been to, I used my Macca's code through the drive-thru, got to the window to pay and my order was completely wiped from the list.
Manager told me to to use my code again but as it was "used" I had no code to give. Was told to pay the full price for my meal instead.
Why should I have to now pay for a full priced meal due to your mess up?

Coffee and @Service very slow and slack around
Wrong coffee given, giving us other's person coffee that sit there 10 min
Wait for 20 min to finished 2 coffee & 1 Frappe

Mostly few of them live in the dream
Manager play around with staff order and send them home.

What a job.and worst McDonald in perth

Came into the Mcdonald’s not even a large line yet it took over 5 minutes in the drive through to deliver thick shakes (originally wanted ice cream but machine wasn’t working). Finally received order and the ‘chocolate’ shakes tasted extremely vanilla and ‘vanilla’ shakes tasted like they had been mixed with strawberry. We also ordered one double cheeseburger with no pickles and onion but they forgot that we ordered it and when we reminded them the burger has the items we asked to be removed (double checked it on the pay screen)

Ordered 2 cafe drinks and three food orders were ready before my 2 drinks which was half filled with froth and no sugar. Not happy at all, it’s not a hard job as I’ve done it. Your staff need to be trained properly.

Always check the chips and items before you leave if you take any meal, this meant to be large meal, happened second time with me

What a mess.look at this burger, look at the intelligent staff's skills to make burger (dumping everything together and here is your burger)
Today around 9: 30 pm, ordered meal for takeaway, waited more than 15 mins for this. It was not that busy. I understand you guys are busy but that doesn't give you excuse to serve meal like this.
No complain for drink and chips (2 stars for that)

Getting too expensive, but their ice drinks are value, when they are full & the machine is working!

The ice chai latte didn't have any syrup and also the staff can be sometimes happy but if you work there than it's the very bad. Please don't work there!

Ordered two meals 930pm when it was quiet, cold chips for me, no chips for my daughter. I had to ask twice for them. Forgot to bring my drink with the order so all in all three trips to the counter for our 'table service'. Seemed to be lots of staff but no one gave a monkeys.

Got there right at the awkward time when the dining area was being locked (drive-thru still open) after I ordered but wanted to wait outside. They were kind enough to bring it out to me when it was done. Quality effort

Typical McDonalds selection, quite a few dirty tables, and when I dropped off someone's lost transportation card I was surprised to see the staff members gossiping and laughing at the picture of the person on the card. While McDonalds tends to employ young staff members a bit more professionalism at the counter wouldn't go astray.

Just had a mud muffin, heated with soft serve on top, yum! Because of covid they aren't allowed to use crockery but they made it happen for us. Great team

Drive through is always a mess, they never have apple pies and nobody tells you, until you get to the pick up window when you have already paid for it.

What can I say? It was McDonald's.
The employees were friendly in spite of being very busy so they earned 5 stars from me.

Had a toastie and a hot chocolate. The bread tasted stale and it was burnt around the edges. The hot chocolate was good.

This McDonalds hasn’t served me wrong yet.

Toilets are always clean (one of the biggest things we look for in McDonald’s)

Amenities are great
Playground expansive well thought out very safe.
Under the tables were clean didn’t find any chewies under the table or anything.

Overall great, friends kids birthday party the other day so I took some SOOC straight out of the camera shots they turned out well.

This place was clean fast and every one was polite but the gentleman who served me couldn't tell me the difference between the 3 big Macs but still great store

Store manager should be more on board with keeping their employees safe.young girl serving cars with maskless occupants at drive through. Very disappointing in regards to both parties.

Consistently being told their internet is down and I can’t order anything via mobile app or eftpos. Orders have gone wrong as well multiple times.
