58Got a double cheeseburger meal, burger wasn't fresh, it was dry and chips tasted pretty awful, drink was Fanta and enjoyed that the most.
Long wait even in drive through, they brought half of my order after long wait. Need more staff and may be a bigger drive way so we don't get asked to wait around in the car park
I used the McDonald's app to order and as soon as I walked in to collect my food it was ready to go, my food was hot and well prepared. I will definitely be returning here, also the staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh, the location is very easy to access with lots of parking near.
Dont bother drive thru slow and they always make you park and ice cream machine never working like tonight again!
Terrible experience being a local forgot my credit card, call them same day they confirmed next day asked for my card Manager John was so rude and said he don’t knoe the other manger on duty previous day and said they gave your card to someone else, left huge disappointment and the advise cancel your card snd get a new one ridiculous, owner should look after the locals and Manager John need bit more customer service training
Drive through service is appalling. We had to wait in the car park. Others also waiting got served before us. Never again.
Then of the 3 burgers we ordered, 1 was vaguely close to correct.
Very low quality unnutritious food. High price for unhealthy food. What more could you want am I right?
Ordered from the mobile ordering app and picked up at the drive thru. Come back home to realise that the sauce was there while the McNugget was missing. Called to let them know and was requested to drive back for the McNugget. No apologies no amendment. It’s ridiculous. You should be the one to amend your faults. Why would I have to suffer from a fault that you have made?
Usually poor slow service. This time they didn't redeem a promotional voucher because I was in drive thru!
I consistently have negative experiences here! Either forgotten food items, or incorrect food items, but most commonly I’m asked to park. Normally this is fine, but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been here, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I then have to go inside to receive my food because they “couldn’t find me”. Either invest in more allocated waiting bays, work faster, or look harder. Also, an extra lge chips as an “apology” for one person is ridiculous, what am I going to do with two large chips?
Terrible food, terrible service! Was waiting for a solid 10-15 minutes just to get one burger that i wouldn't even give to my worst enemy.i do not recommend.
This business is operating during peak times with one counter staff taking orders.early trying to phase out real life employees and run entirley on their machine order facility. Which requires you to pay cash at counter anyway. Slow service. Mistakes made. Cold coffee. Toilets dangerous, dirty and disgusting
Made complaint to the manager as some teenagers eating in the playground and throwing food and garbage inside the playground but the manager doesn't do nothing.

Why is there different standards for workers, I though if you’re in the kitchen part at all you’re meant to be wearing hair cover, why do so many of the people in charge there walk around without a hair cover and also handling food without gloves, I’m sure your breaking the food act.
Not fast food at all. Very long wait for food before going to the movies. Stupidly returned after the movie to get ice cream and got trapped in the drive through to find the ice cream machine was not running.
Used to be seriously unorganised, unfriendly, baaaad maccas, has improved a lot in the past couple of years
