McDonald's Belmont

Went to McDonald's Belmont about 12.30am for coffee and was awesome very good coffee. And staff were happy with a inviting manner with good customer service.

They need to fix the baby change table here. Damaged and I cannot put the bub properly. Also clogged sink.

We ordered frappes. A bit happy with large coffee serving, sad with the medium as it looked and was small in portion.

Very unprofessional staff! Don’t even care about the dine in orders. Just keep giving drive through orders. Instead of accepting their mistakes they argue and make excuses. I waited 25 minutes just for 10 nuggets. It was not the first time. Every time same story, same unprofessional staff. I also talked to the manager about the same. She told it’s not her responsibility to look how long their staff is taking to cook food. Don’t recommend anyone to come here for dining.

Love the layout of the inside, it really fits the industrial area and is clean. Ordered an iced long black, the coffee was burnt: (

Actually decently made food most of the time in the middle of the night which is kinda rare for fast food lol

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a large strawberry thickshake, got a half full thickshake that tasted like coffee that took 10 minutes to make. The manager was having a go at a staff member in front of customers. The rest of the staff put there heads down in shame. And lastly to the manager, your people skills are very lacking and need improvement

Terrible service. They need to ALWAYS check their orders before giving to customers. Worse enough going through the drive through, but to also get the same service happening while dining in! Order 2x pancakes meal for breakfast. Got the pancakes, left out one of the drinks, the butter, the syrups and the cutlery.

Forgot to give me straws.most machines had an error and had to order at 3 more.took forever to get just a bottle of water in my later order

My coffee frappe was broken and they just thought to place another cup around it to contain the leaking cup.
I called in to complain and totally ignored and told by the management on duty it was a common practice.
I would've thought if we pay for something then that's what you get.

Rude service. The staff didn't even look at my face when they handed me the food. Quickly walked away with an attitude. No idea where this ugly attitude comes from as I ordered on the ordering machine.
Maybe this is just their norm and culture in Belmont

Love this branch, went twice and yes they make sure your chips are squeezely full? Not half full. Just full full. LOVING IT!

Consistently fails to put items written on the receipt in order such as seasoning packets. Argues with customers when customers insist they get what they paid for.

Not the place to buy anything with seasoning packets, syrup or butter on their menu as they fail to deliver the actual meal as advertised and indeed as listed on receipt.

Regularly steals from customers via this method, customers pay for what's listed on the screen, all listed items paid for SHALL BE PROVIDED.

Very disappointed that there was no wall display as in other stores. There was no one to help us so we walked out. We are seniors. Thankyou

Ordered dinner there tonight expecting to get 10 monopoly tickets, but was rudely told by the manager that they no longer stock the tickets. I replied that I was under the impression that the promotion ran until Oct 25th (which is correct) to which she said 'but theres no more tickets' then walked away.
Not polite at all. Won't go back anything soon

Accused of "not asking' for promotional deal with new Parma burger. Which is large fries an drink with each burger. Order 3 Parma, Spent $36 an No drinks or Fries, Accused of not being available time @2210 which is untrue as burgers where given. Manager "Stacey"? Said have ask staff member? Why when have (1) recipt an paid on (2) paywave enough proof I feel. Rude an no type of can we help attuide an threatened me not come in to store. Effectively stole from me. Boo. Hater's.

Ordered Chicken Cheese burger and Delivered Beef and when asked why you have given me this started a blame game that I have ordered this.
Plus the Manager wants to see me outside.

Was served a wrong order and when I courteously went to return it was asked by the trainee / junior staff why I took a bite of it prior to return it? Well! Because I expected my order not to be messed up, service at its worst, will never go there.

Quality is hit n miss. I'm aware that take away meals aren't gourmet by any stretch. I've had burgers that looked
(& tasted) like they'd sat there for hours.
Tip: Order ANYTHING that requires it to be made fresh
ie: no salt on chips, no mayo, whatever it may be.

My wife was getting food for the kids which I did not partake in. I do not approve of fast foods and would rather avoid them.

Sadly, I was not excited enough to take pictures of the place.

I've vowed to not eat fast foods until they start serving healthy meals so

I had a large big mac meal, chips were old and the mac looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen, meat was dry looking and dry tasting, lettuce was going brown and the bun was soggy! 1st time in macca's for ages, now I remember why I don't go. 1 star for the coffee. Guys pick your game up!
