McDonald's Belmont

The girl at the drive through window taking the orders needs better customer service training and a reality check. Rude and abrupt when taking orders.

Food is atrocious, junkies running around outside your store could cook better food. Service? If they did that at all instead of arching up wanting a fight there'd be no problems. Atmosphere is horrible, with junkies shooting up just in store or aboriginal kids fighting and stealing from the elderly just out enjoying their day. This maccas needs to be knocked down again and moved away from the forum.

Slowest MacDs on multiple occasions, waited 20 mins for a coffee as their orders were lost, mixed up, and the crew who are all students which is fine, but much refinement needed as their attention span is that of a classroom, dining room tables were not wiped down n bins overflowing. But i guess thats just Belmont for ya.

Needs more staff. Just waited 30 mins for a breakfast meal with small drink. Also observed dirty mop water splashed into hash brown/fries warmer, what a joke. Avoid.

This morning bought small chai latte with egg muffin and chai latte was super hot, burned my tongue, some of the staff seriously, do not care about customer satisfaction, price keep increasing but customer service and food zero

Don't order from her, just don't waste your time. Everything I have come here something has gone wrong, they don't have items, the forget something. Ordered tonight through uber eats, no sundae came even though it's on the receipt. Also asked for no onions on my burger and the while burger was drowned in onions. Absolutely disgracful

I gave up. The ordering system is too complicated and wont let you pay. Its the last time I will go to Maccas.

Took my grankids there. Would have to be one of the worst meals I have paid for in a while. No more.

Ordered at Thursday, 25 Nov 2021 at 19: 25 and lady on the order was super rude with no reason as she failed to say hello back no smile and no answer to thanks and ordered 3 hash browns and 3 ice cream cones but were only given cones so had to tell staff about hash browns and even then found out when got home there were 2 hash browns in the bag! Pathetic service

It's alright, a few of my friends work there, but the downside was that there has been abos trying to fight me there every now and again (I'm Aboriginal btw do I can say that)

I am not one for the self service machines I always seem to have trouble, I prefer the old fashioned counter service, & I think it's time the Big Mac had a makeover the flavour is just not there.

Buy they give a slice tomato burger. Maybe that one is new burger of maccas. So disappointing. Dont buy maccas in belmont its not worrh.make your life ruin.

Walked in and was confronted by all these cool self serve checkout. Sure it was ok, but I couldn't work it out- bit of a techno fail- They are a great way to make things easier, but what about us not savvy with technology? Felt like I was ignored. Food was good though. So if your in a rush, great head on down & use self order.

Very hard to use the new screens to try and order food. There was no pancakes and very difficult

Brand new premises. Clean and bright. Plenty of parking. Has an indoor play area. Great place to bring the grandies in wet weather.

One of the worst drive through services I ever encountered, the night shift was real rude, and placed 2 orders, they were placed in 1 bag fries were upside down and all food were mixed together, to be honest, arguing or complaining was extremely pointless from the look of the meals I got, so I just left, from the look it these guys taking their jobs for granted and doesn't care about the service they give, I don't want to think about what goes inside the kitchen after seeing their service over the window, yesterday was my last time to order from Maccas, ill take my business elsewhere for good.

I ordered double big mac but they gave me a big mac and it happened twice in a month
They waist my time and my son was unhappy of his order

The last three times i have been there i have come away with no food, the first 2 time's was due to them, this time was due to me. As i sat im one lane waiting to be served 3 more cars in the other lane who came after me were served first? After a brief discussion with the staff about this i told them what to do with there food.ill do the extra 10 mins or so drive and go to Ascot macca's will not be going back to Belmont.

DO NOT USE THIS MACCAS. Worst staff imaginable, food was an hour late, chips delivered uncooked, beef burnt, even the Uber driver said that they were unprofessional and lazy. Food inedible. Hands down the trashest branch. Dont waste your time or money.

This is probably the best McDonalds I have ever been to.

Their Drive Thru staff are mostly always bubbly and kind, especially two employees that I have been served by a few times (dark haired, polite young man and bubbly young woman). The young woman usually serves me at the first window. The young man usually hands the food over.

Inside, it's a nice establishment. Sometimes I'll see a table that needs to be wiped. But I understand they're busy. And their good customer service makes up for this small detail.

I must also add.the best chocolate frappe I have ever had in my entire life has come from this specific McDonald's outlet. The girl put a good amount of cream on top. Every now and then, I'll get the tiniest bit of cream and will be a bit disappointed. But most of the time, it is to standard. This is my favourite drink, that's why I sound so passionate about it haha.
