It was horrible like always they make you wait 15 min to serve you old rubbery fish and burnt chicken clubhouse
Lovely and hardworking staff, an essential stop in the morning for your coffee before work. I would give five stars if not for one issue, which is the rate of service. The waiting bays usually have to be used quite a lot, though I don't blame that on the staff (since you can see that they're quite stressed and working as hard as they can) but maybe the equipment itself needs an upgrade.
Regardless, great staff, usual maccas food, kind service and in a convenient location!
Drive through seems to be always pretty busy but you get through it reasonably fast. Food fresh and correct. The restaurant staff seem ok, my son was fat shamed their once by a older man would have been nice for the staff to have said something as I was in the toilet at the time.
Waited 30 minutes in drove through for ice cream. We ordered at the speaker box and had to reorder at the window.
Worst McDonald's I've been to in awhile. Took some friends out for breakfast and halfway into breakfast realized we don't have our coffees. Went to ask the staff and they said they forgot. Really? Rather go to Fratelli Coffee Lounge Malaga next time.
Wonderful play area for the kids. And the cleaner showed me how to order on the mobile machine. Very busy location sometimes parking is tricky.
Too busy worrying about times in drive thru and parking people up - 2 icecreams and a thickshake and I get parked - and this is not the first time - what about customer service - its suppose to be a drive thru service not park up because of unrealistic times set by McDonalds - disgraceful customer service
Always order no pickle on my burger, I get pickle over 50% of the time, also barely any moment in time that you can actually order any of the 36 flavours of frozen fanta, machine is always broken or on maintenance
I made an order for a double quarter pounder meal last night 26/12 at 11pm and I waited for 20 mins to get a mcfeast chicken instead. I’m not happy about this as I just came back from work freaking hungry and spent an amount of money and time just to received a wrong order but to also received a cold mcfeast chicken made it worst. Please train your staff again as this was the worst experience I have ever had with McDonald.
Went through drive thru ordered an original lemonade drink, $5.30, didn't get a receipt, checked my mobile banking today and was charged $31.45. So obviously paid for some lucky family's meal! Beware, ask for a receipt.
Better managers needed, as a former employee of a different branch they treat them disrespectfully and is very degrading for the employee underling to go through such humiliation (;
Had a kids party hear.it was well organized the room was clean the playground was well set out and the hostess was great
McDonalds with a twist. 9pm starts with a Vegas style Caberet show followed by the famous Siegfreid & Roy show (yes even the injured one). I have only given it 3 stars as their show does not feature any white tigers, apparently there was some quarantine issue between them and Barnaby Joyce.
Service was very bad. My order took 25 minutes. People that ordered after me were receiving their meals before me. McCafe lacks as well. I was appalled. They didn’t even care about what had happened. Take this into consideration McDonald’s Ballajura. The old staff were much better.

If the ice cream machine isn't broken something else is. Other than that it's a decent place considering it's maccas.
Really clean and the staff are quite nice and friendly. They always have lots of newspaper making you want to come in, have a coffee and sit for a bit.
Neat and tidy restaurant with friendly and competent staff, who give attention to the details of your order. Nice Interiors.
