McDonald's Ballajura

I'm not one to complain about take out as I work at a fast food place, but the order I got today was the worst I've ever had from Macca's. Both my sauces were missing. The chips stone cold, the nuggets stale and cold and my burger, also stone cold, made upside down so the meat was on the top and it was missing the tomato.

The staff was very rude with me. Refused me to give the order for door dash and it was not my fault. Since I was new to the app, I didn't get my delivery bag. And the staff member said he will not give me as I didn't have bag. Thanks to the door dash they give me money for coming to the store. But I am very sad and angry from the staff.

The food was disgusting I feel sick after eating this and didn't even finish the nuggets I got because they tasted like fish -10/10 would not recommend among my worst enemy

Kids play ground is so good dam dirty like get someone to clean it you stingy conglomerate. You give me half a "large chip" might as well bet a medium hair paying for your god dam air at least fill the chips they cost nothing you know the saying cheap as chips yeah not at McDonald's!

Your parking is good dam rancid like get it fixed looks like a bomb hit the car park.

Filled chip packets and of course not even fresh! So also soggy and stale.

Shame this is the closest because it's far beyond the best, you need to lift the game your food and service. YUK

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order at 11.23am for a delivery at 12pm. Didn't even come until 12.50. Supposed to be a reward for 8 children in my classroom.

Once again items missing from order, items listed on both paper and email receipts and were payed for. I received a Mcflurry that would be a stretch to call it half full. All 3 cokes would’ve barely been 3/4 full.

Baffled as to how someone could think half filling the mcflurry was acceptable to serve anyone. The containers and cups are that size for a reason, they hold an amount that is fair value for the money they ask for the items. The money isn’t the issue but the principle is what gets me, surely the staff can’t be so poorly trained that they haven’t been told how much food and drink need to be placed in the cups!? Or is it that it’s staffed mainly by 14yr olds and who don’t even want to be there. But paying them minimum wage means savings on wages lol. Hire some older staff who have even just a hint of work ethic, pay them a decent wage so they actually want to serve customers well and save the poor reputation your getting. Even minimum wage is expensive if your customer base drops due to poor customer service and item quality.

Would’ve been so much easier to have said this over the phone but when nobody answered after my 5th call you didn’t leave me a choice. The fact that nobody could or wanted to answer a bloody phone proves my point to a tee.

Wonder how much money and how many customers you’ve lost because of the poor management and staffing you’re unaware or don’t care to address.

Only good thing in all this is the fact that other mcdonalds stores are all close enough that I’m not forced to shop at your location anymore.

Sort your mess out and do better.

They really need to sort the potholes around that area if you feel like you're going to get your car stuck in one of them if you pull up into the bays at this Maccas and the place is usually trashed outside at night people must just go there to dump their rubbish there.

Finally got my long awaited chippies and was horrified at the sight of a massive, extreme, fat, long black hair now I love maccas but honestly just disappointed, I will no longer rave about maccas, have to say tho the caramel frappe is scrumptious, but won’t be coming back

A big shout out to Liddy. Absolutely magnificent at his job always helping people providing great customer service. A real asset to the McDonald's franchise

Not very happy really, for the second time in a matter of weeks, have been left short of a burger, or got the wrong burger altogether, and only found this out when getting home. Staff really need to be more careful and check orders properly before giving out to the customer.

Ordered online and went through the drive through. Staff was friendly and straight to the point and my total time spend in drive through was about 5 minutes

Dine in the grill chicken wrap was terrible wet, the wrap paper stick with wrap, couldn't be separated, that means it was cooked for long time, disappointed, price is not cheap, I won't go anymore.

Just ordered a mc chicken which had a hard bun. Chicken wasn't right and mayo and lettuce that has seen better days. I also received a vanilla coke instead of coke. Had to throw the meal out. Waste of money and food.

I went there twice and playground is reasonably good (Macca's standard, which is quite low). Staff were good and never got my orders wrong. Kitchen seems to be more organised and systematic compared to the Tuart Hill and Mirrabooka branches. Twice I went there, the crowd were decent and atmosphere was family-friendly. Cleanliness needs to be improved but otherwise is a family-friendly and good Macca's branch.

Went here with a mate to get some dinner. Order an Mac chicken burger, which was very nice, and a chai Latte, which came out cold! My guess is they forgot to texture the milk. I’m not to fussed, but a little annoyed is all

Had a girl disgustingly role her eyes at me when i asked for my order in which she forgot to complete, instead serving people i was with a whole 10 min before me.

Ordered a Happy Meal with an extra side of Chicken McBites. They forgot the McBites & then proceeded to tell me Chicken McBites don't come in a Happy Meal. Even though I paid for them separately.

So I ordered 2 classic wraps (in a meal) which comes with chips and drinks

And the white short girl and the old lady went off at us. Just because they didn’t understand what we wanted…. Bad communication and they talk to their customers with bad disrespect

Another halal mcdonalds in Perth. It has been a while since we get our hands on halal big mac. Love the experience

When it’s good it’s very good but when it’s bad it’s horrible and this is the main issue, no consistency with quality. 9/10 times the orders handed over is incorrectly packed or prepared. Better managers are required urgently
