McDonald's Ballajura

Not happy with the service and the state of the restaurant was dirty and disgusting. Tables were dirty with food rubbish all over them. Not nice

Wish the staff could have put some love in the food. No customer service at the counter but the service at the kiosk was wonderful. Watching food being prepped in the cafe and the lady there had a I don't care attitude. The iced coffee was ok but the capachino tasted horrible. It was lunch time and busy. Experience was not great.

Macca' s near Malaga Markets is always quite busy, very fast service with friendly staff. (and also decent ladies powder room is always a bonus.)

The kids play area is desperately in need of a good thorough clean/disinfecting inside and out. The whole area smells bad as well. On a positive note the service & food was good today

Very disappointed with my coffee lately, the last three times that I have purchased coffee here, it has tasted burnt. Think you may need a refresher course.

Good standard for mc donalds, there is not a lot of parking so the drive through might be a better option. Food quality was good but there was a wait.

Very clean lovely staff and good value for money, McCafe ladies make a mean latte, toilets and a play area for kids. Fine inside or out never had a bad experience either.

Let's be honest, it's fast food and no one is going there for fine dining, it does provide a solid option as far as fast food goes though. The McCafe options are surprisingly good and its worth taking smaller kids down there for the play area and have a decent coffee with other parents. The drive through has two lanes and always moves quickly, even on a friday evening. There used to be a problem with staff not supplying all ordered items when using the drive through, thankfully its much better now.

The coffee is just horrible. No consistency in the process. Never have i come across a MacDs with such poor standards in taste consistency.

Terrible service, wasn't able to place order at counter had to use self service. Took a number then did not bring order to table, observed another customer near us, had same experience. Staff member stated they are doing away with cash registers. Can not see elderly people or persons sight impairment or disabled being able to use self service in the future. Very disappointing experience compared to Myaree or Melville Mc Donalds, service is Impeccable, Manager always following up on how your experience in store is with a happy disposition.

I've been a customer for the early mornings drive Ballajura WA thru to get my hot coffee for over three years, and for the past few weeks I've been served the most sh**est coffeee i have ever had in my entire life.
The reason why I'm saying this is because the coffee i was being served was always cold and you know if you're a coffe person if i want a cold coffe i would just take an ice coffee from the fridge.
Long story short McDonald's staff is just being underpaid and that's mostly like the reason why the staff is so unprofessional and don't care about anyone's time and time is nothing you can take back.
Better serve me better if i come by next time.
Give back my 3years of spending 10mins everyday for a bloody cold af coffee. OH WELL SMH

The only bad thing I have to say about this maccas is the wait time. It is however worth the wait. Our orders are rarely wrong. You bond with the staff. I even took my newborn in to see the lady who served me for years before hand and was delighted to see her again when we went in just a few weeks ago. The food is fresh, marked with docket specifications from the ordering process and if you ever have a problem they will go above and beyond to fix it. The restaurant is clean and well kept.

Playground was filthy seems like it hasn't been cleaned in a long long time. Sticky, rubbish all trough it. Used plasters.loots of rubbish from last birthday. Some one was about to have a party if it was me paying for that facility i would have been very uninhappy n made them clean it. Play ground is great other than that

Love grabbing me some maccas after a visit at Titan Movies & Pop Culture. Nothing better than dinner and a movie to wind me down for the night:)

There is a gentleman that works here name Liddy. He is extremely friendly, helpful and made our whole experience a very positive one. He needs to be recognized as a stand out for his commitment to his work.

Food is higher quality for a McDonalds, think it's privately run due to late at night they tend to have there system down for updates ect

Generally the food is good and the chips are usually hot. Though there is often a wait time especially during peak hours and on special orders.

Just ordered a big Mc meal and chips where cold and had to throw away my Big Mac as it tasted vile like the meat was off!

Terrible. Waited ages for bad service and wrong order only to fix it get home and have mayo in burger that I ckearly asked for NO MAYO. Its great when someone cant eat the $12 burger you buy for them. Shouldnt have the right to call themsekves a resturant. Aint the first time but will be the last.

Be sure to go to the bathroom before heading here, wouldn't want to be caught out and have to use their filthy one.
