Matso's Broome Brewery

A place you must visit in broome.definitely recommend one of the paddles for a sample of their beers.the chilli ginger beer one was my favourite.the food is great too.we enjoyed the calamari and the grilled fish special.our waitress was especially lovely and was great with recommendations.as we didn't receive or get the bill read to us we were overcharged with another tables items, but it was easy fix and got refunded right away and left happy.

Such a lovely place! We got the warmest welcome from Ciro! Amazing guy and service was superfast, exceeded all expectations! The poke bowl I had was truly delicious and refreshing, perfect on this hot day. They weren't shy with the amount of Salmon like some places, so a good decent amount in the dish well presented as well!

Food was okay but not amazing. Chicken salad filled with so many chillies it was impossible to enjoy. Completely forgot one of our drinks and no service walked by to order any further drink orders after our first order, despite our table full of empty glasses. Chilli beer also wasn't available at all which was disappointing, and half the website merch can't be bought in store, only online. Very underwhelming experience.

Awesome customer service! Great variety of good food and drinks - fresh ginger beer definitely beats bottled Matsos! The chango was awesome too.

Beers were great, as expected but so was the food. I had the poke bowl which was fresh and tasty, my husband had the lamb ribs, very tender and well cooked. The highlight was definitely the garlic bread with cheese and jalapenos. Amazing! Good service and lovely setting.

What a great meal, food fantastic, service very good, love talking to people from other parts of the world. But seriously the food outstanding against the restaurants in Broome that a pretty good overall.

Okay I must admit, I can NOT EXPLAI. ENOUGH, have BEAUTIFUL THE STAFF ARE! Nick is the most kindest beautiful person, who has so much potential! He is a really great person! GO NICK! Lucas and patrick are awesome. Eddy is a charm! Love these guys

Matzo was recommended by a friend, so for my husband birthday we called around to Matso’s to make a reservation /booking a table for 2 for the 30th June, only to be told we don’t take reservations / bookings just need to turn up at 12 pm there’s plenty of tables well we did that the next day we got there at 11.55 am and it was so crowded and no tables left they all had a reservation on them the staff member asked if we had a reservation I said no so we left disappointed but we will be back around the 12 th July so will try again will see if we are able to get a table Very disappointed

Excessive wait times and average food. Waited almost 1.5 hours for a chicken schnitzel roll with a little bit of tonkatsu sauce, lettuce and a small piece of cheese.

There was no clear reason for the delay. The place wasn’t that busy and it wasn’t a complicated order. Saw someone else ask for a refund and leave. Was about to do the same when it finally came out.

Thought we might go a few times this trip but not going to bother.

Matso’s …… yummo. Not only the beer (drinks list generally) but the dinner we have just enjoyed superb.

Cheap, heck no it’s not a maccas. Mains average about $32. Well worth it I reckon, hence the rating.

Absolutely awesome feed. The rib glazing was sensational and one of the best med rare steaks I've had. Best food in Broome by far. Service was amazing as well. Thanks

If you want to eat in the restaurant book early, was booked out for 10 days when we were there. Little chaotic when we was there last week, was told by 3 different staff 3 different times we could order our food in the beer garden but the food was worth the wait

A must do when in Broome, though remember to book as this place gets very busy. You cannot book online so call and make booking over the phone. Also make booking days in advance during peak (dry) season as very popular with both tourists and the locals. The menu is different between lunch and dinner though both options have meT fish vegan and gluten free options for those on dietary restrictions.

My partner book for her family dinner. 12 of us, all together including kids. We ordered our dinner and after a hour and 15 minutes of waiting we still hadn’t received our food. We ended up walking out after we asked how much longer and we were told it would be an additional 25 minutes. Extremely disappointed as we had heard great things about their food.

Great beer and amazing food! The staff were friendly and accomodating. Also dog friendly which makes life easier when travelling with furry friends. Will definitely be back.

Went for lunch No tasting paddles left had to wait for people to finish 6 people ordered 3 lunches came out rest came hour later and had to ask 3 times and came out cold very disappointed it was a place I had been looking forward to going

So, 8 guys get out of a taxi. They all get in. Apart from the two black guys. It gets so old, they made their excuses but it was blatant, our whole group came from a BBQ, and got divided along racial lines at the door for matso's at 9pm. It's 2020, wake up. But tbf, you have made it clear. I'll spend my brown dollar somewhere else.
