Ordered a white hot chocolate but that is not what I was given. We were literally the only order at the time, and it still came out wrong. Very disappointing.

All I had was a hot chocolate but good god that was amazing, warms you right up on the coldest mornings.

Came the day Covid restriction were ease, and they were cleaning. Came the next day and 1 pm and discovered they close at one.my fault. Came the following week and discovered that the kitchen closes at 12.you are joking.closing at midday for lunch. And just to be clear, we arrive just before 12, so it was really that whatever we ordered couldn't be cooked before 12. Even with the voucher I have I will not be back. I do not want lunch at 11.30.

Mataya is definitely my first stop whenever travelling to Mandurah, from the iconic giant doors to wonderful service and food, it’s a must go to venue. Highly recommend

Really good coffee here. Can especially recommend the almond. Love the vibe of this cafe it's really trendy. I also like how they have local goodies in there to buy from other small businesses. Worth going to if you are visiting Mandurah.

A beautiful place, lovely food and lovely team. The acai bowl and the green bowl were both absolutely fantastic, great juice. The team were so accommodating to us city folk requesting some bespoke options, and we were so appreciative. Would whole-heartedly recommend Mataya.

Unfortunately it was the first trading day after two days closed, limited juices available. My daughter who is a vegan loves this cafe and it's great for informal family gatherings

This little gem has great ambience and a sort of laid back posture.our whole crew loved the place and the smoked salmon bagel went over well.prices are a bit on the up side but well worth it

Their smoothies are delicious and I always grab one when I'm in the area. It can get a bit chaotic in the busy rush so I prefer to take away.

I've been here a few times, coffee never had a problem, staff friendly. Obviously family friendly, by the amount of kids always in there. A work colleague of mine recommended this place, but then I told her I'd already been there a couple of times. I reside locally, she is over 30km away. Food - a mate and myself enjoyed the freshness of it. Pet friendly if dining out. It's just some of the rude customers that sit outside that is occasionally the problem

Coffee was overpriced and tasted burnt. Barrista was more focused on chatting up girls than making coffee

Each visit has been a great experience, coffee always good, could give DPM a run for their money! And the food has a healthy tilt, the ambience is contemporary and always warm, friendly and great service. As a long term, highly trained expert in Customer Service/Relations I noticed with glee that two staff members were having a lovely, gentle conversation about their week - impressed and it gives the image that all is well and healthy. Yesterday I ordered a Brownie - well not just any brownie, made with sweet potato (my favourite) and the spread/icing made with avocado and chocolate! Who would have thought:)

Best coffee in town by a mile.
Stylish, comfy, beautiful food (dietary friendly options) and products for sale - very dog friendly out the front too!

Absolutely the best coffee in Mandurah! I'm usually a sugar junkie and cannot drink coffee without it.but the brew is so smooth and delicious here that I don't even need sugar to enjoy it! No bitterness whatsoever. Thank you so much guys!

Great service. Little lunch tray for kids really great idea. Had a delicious Brooklyn boy bagel. Games to keep kids occupied and books to read while enjoying your drink or meal.
