44Very disappointed was 2 days late for paying for a vehicle and got wacked with $140. Then emailed them about it and guess what they just ignored it. Shocking service and managed very poorly. Honestly they need to go to Pickles auctions and get some advice.
I purchased a 2012 Nissan Navara that had it's rear right door damaged post auction while in the Manheim sales yard by an Manheim employee. Manheim did not accept any liability nor would they pay for the repair costing $1,200+. Very poor form Manheim!
Toyota yaris started the auction from over 4k! Are you guys serious? Let people to bid, how much is actually car worth on market or gumtree! Please please dont open auction from whatever you like, I saw today many people left without buying cause the price start from so high. Thanks
Was great customer service, as soon as I walked in I was being asked if I needed help, was very helpful insurance wise! Would recommend!
