Staff was extremely rude
Bought a car online and didn't have a chance to inspect it, i asked to see the service book the day i was buying it and they refused as their excuse was that they didn't have enough staff at work to show me neither the car or service book, unreal.
I spoke to the marketing manager as my case had not been solved by reception, she was probably the most rude person i have ever had to deal with.
I have felt intimidated.
If people like her are running the show then wonder why is bad.
No warranties, Stay away.

Wish i could give 0 star rate. Awful phone call service as i called during business hours, they just ended my call without any notice or information 3 times in a row while theyre checking my personal details as i needed help adjusting appointment. Freakin terrible service

Awful service when it comes to car assessment for insurance. Extremely slow process not thinking how the client struggles with the situation. Whenever i rang, they always say they will process the query as soon as they can but, there SOON takes ages! Very frustrating! Can definitely let the insurance reputation go down. Horrible!

I have no problem with the insurance, it is solely MANHIEM's service problem.

Surreal experience looking at auction cars.no zombies sighted. Car sales guy was helpful.did lots of walking.

They do not allow viewing of motorcycles for auction. How on earth do you assess what to bid on a damaged bike based on (poor) photos? This rules out using them to purchase motorcycles.

The service with these people is awful. Disorganised, condescending and very unhelpful. While Government work can be a blessing to some, to others it’s a crippling disease. It’s such a shame.

10 min to sign up to bid.
Paying for it was speedy and pain free.

Brilliant service, registration was a breeze thanks to polite and patient operator. Auctions are fast and online bidding site is superb. Auction information clear and concise. Caters for all classes of vehicles!

As with any place like this, it can be a bit of a lucky dip if they have something you like, but stock is kept pretty up-to-date online, so it's easy to see there and go see in person if there's things you like.

Manheim caters to many types of markets, again, this may not be for everyone, but if you want salvage vehicles, or machinery this is a great venue to purchase from.

If you want cheaper clearance or ex lease cars also a great place to check out,

But as with all auctioned cars there is risk, at the bottom end of salvage and clearance you get what you pay for,

But in the high end ex gov, and lease cars Manheim cars are very good.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean. Well signed and organised. Clean toilets. Seating. People to help you are there. Plenty of cars to chose from.

I enquired on a car, no one called. Then I got an email from Brett, the State Manager, generic template "Hi we tried to call you're enquiry is valuable to us etc" and I replied that this was incorrect I had no call and then asked questions via email. No response from Brett. Meanwhile I am trying to actually buy a car and it is constantly in my searches on Carsales. Gee I wonder why the car isn't sold yet. Do you really not follow up your enquiries? Is life really that easy there?

Many of the negative reviews from people who don't really understand car auctions. I had to go to along to several before I found what I was looking for but finally came out with a beautiful vehicle for literally a fraction of what I would have paid at dealer. I recommend going along a few actions to get the feel for it, as many factors can influence the day. Staff were lovely and professional.

Called 3 times for a call back, never got one. Called for the 4th and time simply said "Nah" and hung up on me.

Buying a car at Manheim was a great experience. No pushy salespeople, and they even allowed an RAC inspection of the car. Highly recommended.

TO BE HONEST, THEIR STATE MANAGER BRETT IS VERY RUDE. I SENT MY CAR OVER FOR A REPAIR UNDER STATUTORY WARRANTY, HE SAID THE CAR WAS FIXED AND HE GAVE ME AN INVOICE. TILL TODAY MY CAR HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AND I HAVE BEEN CHASING IT SINCE FEBRUARY.
THE MANAGER DOES NOT GIVE MUCH ATTENTION AND IS VERY RUDE. I RATE THEM ZERO!

Found the right car though Buy it Now at a great price found that buying a car was one of the easy transactions and drove out the same Day dealt with a guy called Norm very happy 2nd car i have bought here No pushy salesman great service. Well Done

Would rather go to Smith Broughton or Pickles.

Worst place for auction car ever. Don't waste your time. You have be warned. Stay far far far away. If you don't care about your time and your hard-earned cash then go for it. All the 5 stars reviews here are ALL FAKES. All of them only have 1 or 2 reviews. I will get all my friends and family to write all bad review for this company.
