Terrible wifi
Kept dropping out.

Not acceptable for 2020 in a non remote town.
Overpriced for what you get.
The positive stars are for the food and the staff here.
The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and friendly. Couldn’t have been better

The staff member (Gayle) was extremely rude and didn’t read our paperwork; in which we received the wrong room and had to complain that it wasn’t what we paid for and was told that we were “upgraded” to a single room with one bed for 3 people? We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 beds. Special requested the room to have a pedestal fan which wasn’t provided.

Great restaurant and really friendly staff. Rooms are comfy as well. Might try one of the apartments next.

Clean, fresh rooms, late check-out and a exceptional range of utilities, utensils in their self contained apartments. Friendly, cheerful staff.

Well, it was definitely an experience! The rooms were comfortable and nice view of the pool and barbeque area, my son loved the pool and easy access to mandurah facilities.xxx

We ordered take-a-way coffee on a Sunday morning and a Muffin slice which was yummy, it must be a casual place as there was nowhere to sit in the cool, so we walked over the road

Economic, good restaurant, tennis court, and pool. Only 400 mtrs to beach and walk to town or cinemas and performing arts. Great weekend markets and very convenient

Sam the waitress was friendly and very helpful.

No Staff at Reception on Arrival plus were Cold and Rude when I finally found someone.
Rooms Dirty, All Needs updating. Bed so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep plus Noisy.
Only Good thing I have to say is you can get Parking at your rooms front door.

Disgusting. Out of the thousands of hotels rooms I've been in around Australia and the world this might just be the filthiest. Not worth my effort posting the pros of this hotel.

Hoped for things to go better after the unwelcoming welcome. Wasn't happy with the room. Ended up leaving. Wouldn't even take the kids there to stay.

A great place for families or couples. Clean rooms, bedding and towels. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would have given 5 * if general maintenance was kept up. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Went for dinner. It was very nice food, good quality but wasn't extremely impressed with the drinks selection. After three attempts i decided on something which was actually on the menu. Maybe the menu should be adjusted as well as the online menu so people know what to expect.

The food and service is really good the set menu is value for money 2 courses left feeling full

Great easy location to get to, amenties are awesome (the putt putt course especially). Service was amazing, super awesome staff. Rooms are great and very comfortable. Clean and bright, really enjoying the stay.
