Mandurah Motel & Apartments

Beds hard and uncomfortable. Small hard and uncomfortable couch. Very small for 3 adults and 1 teen. Not one of the better cottages. Disappointed.

Rooms comfy BUT if you don't like noise, stay somewhere else. It's nearly 10pm right now and there's 7 kids still splashing in pool, running, screaming, no adults supervising their behaviour and at morning 630 am yelling starts again. Bad pick by us. Tried ringing reception but obviously after hours. Am travelling around Australia and so far, our worst experience.

Nice clean friendly staff step out my bedroom into pool area, spar in bath AC didn't work at all just blew air and I had to turn hot water on in bath to get it running for shower 1st morning had to be up early so had cold shower

Room was clean and well presented. Family friendly + good prices + great secure parking close to apartment door.

Only negative, rear door to restaurant above, needs some sort of self-closing device. As between 7pm-10pm constantly hear it being slammed shut + the sound echo's through the building.

Otherwise, we enjoyed every other part of our stay here. Would stay here again. Value for money.

I called up 3 weeks in advance and asked for a motel room with a balcony, I got there and they gave me a ground room motel room, then I went back to reception they said the only one they had left was this one room that had a balcony as most of the balcony rooms are actually apartments. We then went to this new room and opened the door and there were guest in the room went back to reception again then they gave us another room which was an apartment room taht was vacant. The lady taht checked us in was so lovely and helpful she then went and double checked taht there was no people in the room. We finally get into our room which was two single beds pushed together as one. The balcony we hardly went out on as all we could see was guest in the restaurant which I'm sure they didn't want to see as well as I didn't. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable and im not exaggerated when I say it felt like I was laying on a wood board even my partner thought the same, so I thought that's fine obviously they can't satisfy everyone but surely they have mattress toppers incase you'd like a softer mattress went to the reception and they didn't supply and said I could buy one from kmart. There was old blood on the blanket and the couch was ripped.

Great friendly place but they need to give more towels and sheets for people that are staying over 2 weeks. Rooms are large and clean and very tidy

The room was clean, a view of the pool and the air conditioner kept room at a warm temperature in winter. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Lovely meal delivered by room service. A very big serve of dinner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Homely and clean, comfortable, lots to offer ie pool, mini golf, tennis court, restaurant which food and staff excellent.

Helpful staff gave me $50 refund when power issue had to be resolved next day. Clean room with kitchenette. Laumdry was handy too. Will stay again.

Basic facilities, but clean bathroom needs some maintenance to sealant in ceiling/ wall area please. Staff at front helpful and pleasant

Very spacious rooms.short distance (driving), to shopping centre and the foreshore. On site restaurant.fantastic meals. Also has a swimming pool, tennis court and mini golf!

I don't mind old, but I do mind dirty, my room had not been dusted, heaven knows when it was dusted last, and it was a cold night, but I did not want the heater on, so got blanket from cupboard, it was very dirty and stained, heaven knows when that was washed the last time, I really hate complaining, but I did, as that is a very bad reflection on the entire place, when in reality it is down to a lazy housekeeper, and obviously not checked enough by management. I would stay there again, but would be checking on cleanliness first, before unpacking.

Well it's close to the town centre Sunbreakers Restaurant is close with a beautiful menu for your enjoyment. Give it a try.

Great place for 3 stars clean all you need for a quick stay family of four no problems, air con in main room two bed apartment, fan supplied for other room, clean towels, soap provided. We came down for our sons tennis comp and got a room with the tennis court right outside so he could practice. Attached restaurant and staff really great. Room number for reference #12

We love this restaurant! The meals are so big that I have never finished my plate. Plus I love the Cocktails!

We did not stay at the hotel but we ate at the restaurant and the food was magnificent.decent prices, great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Will be going back soon.

Excellent complex. Well priced accommodation with good facilities, such as pool, half court tennis, mini golf. Ample parking. Great restaurant. Well located, walking distance to the foreshore and marina facilities and entertainment precinct. Well worth a visit.

Wonderful accommodation friendly helpful staff beautiful rooms and garden settings with a serene pool and sauna and bbq area with seating for a crowd. Thoroughly recommended

Reception was slow, charged for smoking in front of our room because the open door let the smell of smoke in side, when it was only opened by a staff member opening it to do a bond check for the room, service was poor. Extremely disappointed. Won't be going back. ;/
