Never comeback to filthy room floor cutlery didnt clean properly i found the fork on the couch, no room.service at all from hospitality in 3 days we stay they never clean or tidy the roome.cleaner just knock and go i ask if she have a mop i can mop.myself the floor but she say they dont carry mop at all so they never wash the floor omg

Such a great room. Everything we needed and then some. Room 52. Only down side was shower in bath. Bit hard for us older generation. However. I believe that renovation is in the pipeline. All staff we dealt with were friendly smiling helpful. Restaurant served lovely food. The lady in the bar too was a hoot. Really good vibes in there

asked for a room with a bath or a spa didn't get either an paid 250 a night

Last resort place to stay due to other destinations being fully booked, room $180 for one night, basic motel room, bathroom sink stained of something looked like spew, remote not working properly, stains on couch, patrons at complex site arguing late at night, shower you need to step into a bath tub. Price is over the top, room is a poor man’s room with a high price market. Would not stay in one of these rooms again.

Free parking, swimming pool, express check in/out coffe and tea in room. Everything was good.

Horrible staff dont care. Doors have punched holes in them moldy falling apart no air-conditioning doors are hard to open and apparently there is a "Nac" to open them so had to get staff to come unlock it which took 30mins even tho reception was 2min walk away dont waste your money.

Saw no one for checking in, keys in drop box outside door, room small not like photos, sleeping on floor better then bed it was rockhard. DONOT RECOMMEND, hard to find also, very confusing.

Have stayed before rooms a1 staff and foodtop of the tree dinning room outlook realy in the trees over the pool very enjoyable experience all round

Lovely surrounds. Very quiet. The pool is terrific. A shame that the mini golf isn't bigger and kitchen is closed Sundays and Mondays but overall great value for money.

Was absolutely brilliant from the moment we arrived lady we rang to get into apartment was excellent the room and accessories were excellent as well

We stated in a Motel room for 2 nights. The room was clean & tidy. The kitchen was self-catering with a stove plate, kettle, toaster, pots & pans. The pool was BIG and beautiful. The grounds overall were great. The restaurant/reception staff were so friendly & helpful. The Motel is a few minute drive from the foreshore. I would highly recommend this spot.

Honestly it was an amazing 3 night stay

However some problems were that the wifi isn’t the greatest but it’s not that good either
And the bathroom had a terrible smell
However I had an amazing stay!

The interior and exterior is a little tired and would benefit from some updating. Activity areas are right outside of the rooms so prepare to be awake early, especially during busy travel periods. There is no separation between outdoor areas which led to one neighbouring family co-opting our limited outdoor space and furniture. Walking distance from the foreshore.

Absolutely amazing service and fantastic clean units. Very secure and safe.

Amazing staff and beautiful views of the pool and spa and tennis court from the bar and restaurant with absolute amazing food.

Comfy quiet close to everything and great value for money. Room service was amazing and my son loved the pool

The best. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. Staff? Will kill you with their patience, help and professionalism. Had dinner there one night and had a fabulous New Zealand white. Surprising in such a place. Looked at the wine list again, there goes my restraint. Food? They are really accommodating regarding your food, dietatery and medical requirements.
Stay there. You won't be sorry. Charmaine, Bambi and a pretty, quiet little girl (rude of me not to know her name, but too busy drinking and eating). Doesn't get any better. P.s. Your car is parked behind security gates. Bonus.

The room's are great stay there before the food use to be great BUT not anymore chicken was tuff the seafood platter wasn't nice there where 6 of us only 2 of us had good meals long wait for the meals and then there not good very disappointed and over the years we had birthday parties there but not anymore gone there for years now it stops

I came up for family-orientated reasons, we needed last minute bookings for a nearby event. I managed to snag a room by myself so the parents got their own room. Room was lovely, I scored a can of pringles. Bed and pillows were comfy. Guests were very chatty outside though. Pool looked so nice, but I didn't swim.

Had my first PCR test there. Never realised something could be shoved that far up your nose. Thank you for making testing services close to home. Lovely people and good security.

Really enjoyed Mandurah Motel Appartments. Beautiful clean rooms, kid friendly, staff friendly and happy to assist. I highly recommend Mandurah Motel Appartments book to stay here, so close and convenient to everything in just a short walk to the beach, the Foreshore, restaurants and pubs.
