59Probably the worst customer service experience I have received in years. Receptionist blatantly lied when updating me on the status of the repair (which took weeks).
1 star isnt even worth it!
They dont return phone calls, older smarmy woman on the phone not helpful, if anything detrimental to the company.
Today we are 2 weeks, 5 days without a washing machine and no help or direction at all.
I normally dont leave bad reviews, this one is due as no one returns calls. They have technicians arrive without booking in times.then tell you what's wrong with it and walk away.
They are agents of Samsung and even though your washing machine/ appliance may be faulty and under warranty, they will try to charge you for fixing it. (As they tried earlier this year in april)
Absolutely deplorable
Whilst I initially missed the appointment last Friday, LNB sent out an electrician on Saturday morning to fix my fridge. He was early, he was efficient and a pleasure to have in the house. Many thanks LNB for being such a wonderful company to deal with, I will never hesitate to recommend you or your service guys for the work their do.
Horrible customer services, unprofessional technicians, & expensive compared with the quality of service. I called them and explained that the problem of the fridge is the fan, but they changed the thermostat! And after charging me twice finally they realised I was right and the problem is the fan!

Bad customer service, they don’t get back to you.
Dropped in a projector to have fixed. Up front about the $88 inspection/quote fee.
Unfortunately the parts cost more than the projector so i decided not to go ahead but the quote fee is absorbed into the final bill if you do decide to go ahead.
A very honest and locally owned business.
Warranty claim on a microwave assessed and fixed in two days.
They have some excellent t.v's, washers and other white goods at very good prices.

Was very impressed with staff and service at LNB Electronics and in particular Les who made it a hassle free experience in helping me with a warranty claim for my Samsung tv. Friendly service by all staff I dealt with and very professional. Would definitley recommend.
Dropped off my old LG tv to get a ongoing fault repaired. I was told that the part required is no longer available for my TV but I was offered a replacement 40 inch for $250 with 3 months warranty. So far my new TV seems to be working fine. Good service.
Picked up our washing machine yesterday and got i back today! The machine is now in perfect condition. Great service!
Had to pay in advance for someone to visit and quote but they didn't turn up. Rang the office and was told that there was nothing they could do.
Had a issue with my LG TV for years. Finally got support to send out a contractor to fix and TV is as good new now! So happy with the service and workmanship of the team. Defiantly will use again in the future

Simple order turned to be a challenging task for LNB. They fine as long as you call and check, and request, and call, and check. The minute you don't - it goes south. Btw. I have paid the whole amount upfront.
