I had a warranty issue with my fridge. Jesse (the technician), is an absolute professional whose friendly service, skills and appliance knowledge is second to none. He was prompt, on time, very courteous and left out kitchen clean and tidy after he resolved our issue. Jesse goes above and beyond and would thoroughly recommend this man if you are dealing with LNB.

Bought a fridge from them with a warranty. About 1 month in, it broke down and it took 2weeks to get a tech to come out. About another 5wks later it happened again. Company is very poor in returning calls and with their follow up service. Offering excuses and simply not returning my calls. I lost a fridge full of food twice too. I ended up lodging a formal complaint with consumer protection and purchasing another fridge elsewhere. Save your money and heartache and go elsewhere to begin with.

Absolutely disgusted. Had the washer replaced due to the first one being faulty. The general manager just would not get back in touch with me after our first conversation and forced me to continuously try call him to rectify the issue. Once the washer was finally replaced the installers left the transport bolts in. Hopefully this has not caused damage, once I contacted the general manager to discuss this he was blatantly rude and dismissive of any responsibility for the installer telling me "they are NOT plumbers and the installation is on you (me) ", yet the connect the water and fit it in position and telling me its ready to go.
Will NOT be buying from this company again.
Poor poor effort guys.

Had a problem with a washing machine that was in warranty and was referred to LNB electronics. Driver was about an hour late but was friendly and professional. Had the exact part he needed on hand (drain pump) and was replaced within the hour. Overall good service.

Great service. Problem with LG washing machine. Engineer was very efficient and friendly. Fixed the problem within 1/2 an hour with no further charge on top of the call-out fee.

Bought a refurbished fridge, with 3 month warranty. Customer service has been absolutely amazing, love the environmental sustainability aspect of fixing up appliances instead of discarding, and great value for money

I was recommended by LG as their authorized repairer and sent an email on their web site and never heard from them to repair my washing machine. Worst company will never recommend them.

I highly would not recommend LNB electronic I call for my ice tray to be fixed end up with my refrigerator not working the boss of the company was supposed to call me so far no call.
The service man offer me to buy a refurbished refrigerator from there warehouse and they will install for free you got to be joking I would not trust this company at all I reckon they do this so they can offload there refurbished refrigerator.

My LG dishwasher was leaking. I paid upfront, on the phone. Cost of repairs was high, so my best option (according to the plumber) was to buy one of their cheap brand dishwashers. He really tried to sell his cheap dishwasher.plumber or salesman? I told him I would buy one from a shop. He left my house without helping me disconnecting the dishwasher, he didn't ask were he could put the wet and dirty towels he used. He just left his mess. $180. What a scam. I guess they rely on the contract they have with LG: every person who buys an LG appliance in Perth will, one day or another, ask for their service. Easy money!

Recently bought a second hand fridge with 3 month warranty. They delivered it with a broken freezer seal & the fridge door fell off a week later. Very rude, accused us of damaging it and they flatly refuse to repair, refund or replace. Do not recommend.

Edited to add: Hi, thanks for your reply but I have already contacted you numerous times starting on the Monday following our purchase. The purchase was made under my partners' name, although most of your communication with us will be under my email. The "best offer" you could make us in regards to fixing the problems you delivered the item with, was for us to pay you more than $100 for you to drive here to look at it, or pay for you to take it to your shop and then decide whether you would charge for repairs. Bit of a scam since you told us it would be delivered with seals fixed etc.

Very poor customer service.they commit for parts to be ordered from sydney and never turns up for months and when reminded they reply saying that the got record and now have to pay as the warranty is just for 3 months.very rude and doesnt want to listen.

Fantastic experience with LNB electronics from admin staff to visiting technician to engineering support. We had a tricky fix needed for our LG fridge freezer which needed some high end diagnostics from LNB. Took them a while (2 visits to home) and back to base for mainboard repair. Thankfully LNB loaned us a fridge to get through the busy ChristmasNew Year period and we got the fixed fridge back early in the New Year. Many thanks to all at LNB for the great service.

Very unprofessional, dropped my TV on Thursday, got told they’ll give me an update on the problem later that day or Friday. Never heard a thing. Called the head office, couldn’t even find the record on the system of my tv being there at all. As I needed it fixed by Tuesday went to pick it up and found it exactly where I dropped it off, untouched!
No updates, not fixed! On top of that $120 was take from me, for ‘checking’ my Tv! The only thing they could do was wipe the dust off my TV, while sitting there collecting it!
