From: Cheap TV Video Audio Repairs, Adelaide.
Hisense 55P6 Main board, arrived in perfect condition. Posted very, very quickly. The board I received also looks to be absolutely brand new or out of a brand new TV and worked very well. Thought I should give credit where it is due, most people only leave a review if they have a complaint, which gives an unbalanced view of a business, which likely, 99% of the time, deserves a positive review.

In one visit LNB fixed my fridge (was struggling to hold temperature) and helped me get a new washing machine from the manufacturer (was starting to move across my utility room).

Friendly, professional team, explained everything clearly and left everything tidy!

I bought a wine fridge 2 years ago and i went to repair it in lnb electronics where i purchased it. After 1 month and $120, they were unable to repair it under the warranty and give my money back.it’s unacceptable i will never return to this shop anymore! Please don’t go!

Great service, amazing items to choose from at a- I only wish I had an endless supply of funds so I could buy one of everything! Lol.
I bought a 70in HDTV & the owner, Les, was so sweet. Really friendly service and went well above & beyond the normal level of service one would expect.
I'll be back next month to buy a clothes Dryer.

This company has zero customer service.
They give 3 hour appointment windows but don't keep to their own schedules. Initially wanted to come an hour earlier then the start of the 3hr window but I wasn't home, I do have a life other than sitting at home waiting for LNB Electronics, so they cancelled.
A new appointment was made but cancelled the day prior as the Technician apparently had covid. More than likely as it was a Saturday and they couldnt get staff to work!
When they did come, days later, the technician was over an hour late, so much for a 3hr window; and while repairing my appliance he damaged it and as a result they were required to replace the dishwasher door.
New door needed to be ordered, another delay and eventually a new appointment was made to install the door, the usual 3 hr window for appointment time and when, after being 45mins late I called.
I was eventually informed that my appointment was cancelled as the technician had personal issues.
No one bothered to call and inform me!
Next available time 3 days later but I am unfortunately not available so I need to wait until next week.

States on the site that parts are "usually" shipped on the same day as ordering. I needed this part fast to fix our washing machine so I paid for express, assuming it would arrive within 1 or 2 days. It took 2 days just for the part to be processed for shipping and by the time austpost received, it was a Thursday afternoon so it didn't arrive until after the weekend. I paid $35 for shipping and saw on the label that shipping was only $21.
It was poorly packed in a single layer of bubble wrap and was slightly damaged apparently in the post. Messaged them in regards to which they claim no fault and to take it up with austpost. I can't afford to be without the part as we have to catch up on washing.
Pretty dissatisfied with the service provided.
They are however fast with communication and the price was good for the part.

Extremely poor customer service. My wife bought a spare part, less than 15mins after buying the part (that they had in stock) I contacted them to say it was the wrong part. They didn't have the correct part in stock, and charged me $55 (30%) to return the item. It took weeks to arrange the return, as I kept getting told I had to speak to another staff member everytime I spoke with someone.

What a pleasant experience dealing with LNB Electronics! Sam, Holly and Danielle were all really friendly, super helpful and so efficient. If it wasnt for their help I would have thrown my brand new 75 inch Hisense TV onto the tip (Hisense wouldn't honour the warranty - long story!). Thank you Sam for your technical assistance, I will most definitely recommend you guys to everyone! I wish you still had your outlet in Joondalup.

The whole experience regarding a warranty issue with our range hood has been seamless. LNB conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Each step in the repair process was explained and we were kept up to date with numerous text messages and phone calls along the way. I cannot recommend the team highly enough and will keep their contact details for any further appliance repairs in the future. I highly recommend their services without exception.

I would definitely nottttt recommend them at all. I had to take time off work to be home and they just changed the booking as they wish. Not only they are not apologetic but also so rude over the phone. No respect for others time and life.

Excellent experience with a warranty job in our LG TV. Tried for months to get hold of LG directly. In the end messaged LNB at 8am on a Saturday morning. Got a reply straight away and the tech was onsite with a part by 11.30. Amazing service.

One star is way to good for this company rung them concerning a warranty issue very unhelpful owner won’t return call to sort problem out staff unhelpful would not recommend buying from them I would pay a bit more from reputable company taking it up with ACCC and consumer Affairs now.

Edit: I rang several times to speak to you and you never returned my calls.

It's taken 2 weeks for LNB Electronics to schedule our LG warranty-related fridge repair. If you need your fridge fixed within a day or two, go somewhere else!

We were informed when we first called that they were very busy and to expect a wait of 2-3 weeks before a technician could look at the problem, with possible further delays if parts needed to be ordered. Over the next few days we also had to re-send the purchase and fault details to them multiple times as they kept losing them!

Whilst waiting for LNB to schedule a technician we contacted LG directly who indicated that (for fridges) 24-48 hours should be the target timeframe for a fix, and offered to give us a credit to buy a replacement fridge instead. We accepted their offer and the new fridge should arrive this week.

LG provided really exceptional customer support.

We'll not be contacting LNB Electronics again.

Charge over $80 non-refundable for providing quote regardless whether item is fixable. The way their reception answers the phone is extremely rude, maybe she wasn't get paid enough. Suggest hire someone who has appropriate phone etiquette.

Bad communication and don’t honour warranty, attempted to contact them multiple times (have proof of each call and emails) no reply’s for months.
Currently paying to go through the courts to rectify.
Such a waste of money, buyer beware- edit to add we have gone through consumer affairs and they have encouraged us to go through the courts as the owner is unwilling to honour the warranty (as he states it was sold defective) so if your looking to buy an appliance be very careful and read the many reviews going around on here and on Facebook. We have definitely learnt our lesson will never buy from here again

You don't ever wanted to try order a part of these guys as for 2 days now I have been leaving (a recorded message say they monitor there email) or if you call them you never get to speak to any one as it's always a recorded message saying to leave a message or email them.
2 whole days in a row and not one reply!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such lax, slippery, and unreliable customer service in my life - and I'm referring to the general manager.

How he is still a general manager is anyone's guess because he is a poor representative for the company due to never returning calls, never fulfilling promises, and generally making the entire experience of dealing with this company an absolute nightmare.

We used LNB because they are the recommended repairers for the company who made our white goods. Never, ever again, and that's purely on the experience we had with the general manager. Absolutely appalling.
