Little Lebanon restaurant

I booked a table a week before to break my fast with family. I requested a table inside so that will be easy for us to have the open buffet as we are fasting and also to take some good photo with family - but the staff placed us out in the most uncomfortable area.

I was a bit shocked by this. I have never been treated this way. Very bad management, is that how you treat your regular customers like that

Ordered takeaway- dry, flavourless falafel, looked nothing like the photos posted here/what they serve in store. On the bright side, the pita was still warm and soft. Underwhelming.

I would never eat at this place - Main St, Osborne Park. I park in their carpark briefly in the morning to get my work mail from the post office. The car park is littered with rubbish and most times in the morning (when the restaurant is closed) the outside tables have not been cleaned from the previous night - rubbish, drink containers (cans and bottles), cups, glasses and dinnerware lay on the table where staff have left it prior to leaving for the night. Absolutely disgraceful to see

The food was flavourful but too salty for me. The beef Kafta was very tasty. The charcoal chicken breast equivalent was dry. Low rating is for service. We made a booking for 6pm. We had to request for someone to come take our order twice, finally someone came over at 6: 40pm. Then we were told anything from the menu would be a 45min wait. I asked if we could order chips to come out earlier for our young kids aged 3 and 4 and was told they will only serve everything at once. Very unaccommodating, very unfriendly. One of the waitresses was crying in the toilets (I was waiting for my 3yo to finish in there). Two other waitresses came in I thought to console her but they proceeded to make fun of her and pushed her out the door. I don't know what that was about but it was quite off-putting to witness.

Fabulous authentic Lebanese food and staff! Tasty, delicious, popular, fast. Extensive menu. The falafels are FRESHLY made on the spot So are yummy & moist (not precooked and microwaved and dry like 95% of kebab houses). The mixed platters and sheikh mehshi etc are delicious plate food to explore. A hot spot to eat

Love this place! Consistently good food, large meals, prompt service. My fave is the felafel and cauliflower bites, everyone always walks away very full and very satisfied. I always try to under order but just so many good things. I can't.make sure your tummy is prepared!

Food is amazing and tasty. Ensure that you call to reserve a table for you as the restaurant get a bit busy. If you want to die eating, check the buffet option

This place can be a hit or a miss. I'd recommend dining on a weeknight where as Friday and Saturday nights you will wait over an hour for your food. If you are with someone you must both order off the menu or both have buffet you can not choose one or the other. If you choose buffet chances are the buffet section will be empty as all the food is eaten and they haven't made new batches. Staff are also a hit and miss some are nice and some aren't. There is no split billing. Other than that the food is delicious and weekends they have belly dancing.

Dining in is the way to go. A group of us meet every couple of months for the charcoal chicken, too delicious tabbouleh and hummus.

My Son booked a table a week before to celebrate my 73rd birthday. He requested a table inside so that we can take some good birthday pictures - but the staff lied saying "we didn't reserve" and placed us out in in the most uncomfortable seating.

I was a bit shocked by this. As a GP for 40 years, I have never been treated this way.

The food was not worth the price.
The seating and tables need to be improved.and -
I do not recommend this place for birthdays obviously.

I don't think I'll be coming back.

My son who has recommended this place for me is heartbroken at your service that night and none of us will be visiting this place or franchise again.

We had a long wait for dinner 45+ minutes, but the food was great as was the atmosphere and service. Obviously busy for a reason (lots of patrons) and only lost star due to the long wait.

When made right food is delicious as!
Staff have serious faces all day long i guess other than the chef who has a big smile! And and thin tall girl who is better in customer service.
I am regular here but recently had some issues, they gave me 3 lamb cutlets instead of 4. I did let them know the next time i ordered but did not get any compensation.
Last time i ordered lamb cutlets, they were very dry and chewy which is very unusual.
I hope i will have a good experience next time i order.

We have been regular customer of restaurant but last 2 experiences were worst, as 2 weeks ago we went on weekend restaurant was busy and we got our order after 1 hour, and on this Friday restaurant was not busy and again we received our order after an hour when we told staff that we are leaving, and for the fist time the staff was least concerned and service was not at all up to mark. Food was great I must say.

I was invited to a birthday there and ordered a Grilled barramundi, my meal was too spicy that was almost impossible to eat and there are no information about this on the menu. The music during the girl presentation was loudest than a party and the light effects annoying and hurting my eyes. When paying there was just a cash option, also they do not split bills. Disappoint. First and last time.

Nice atmosphere, beautiful belly dancers, lots of fun and the most important is home made delicious food.

This is a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere especially on a Friday as they have a belly dancer who was amazing. You can wait quite a while for the food however the service is friendly and the food when it arrives is delicious. There is an option of a banquet menu too which for what they have on offer is really good value for money. The portion sizes are extremely generous too. Will definitely be back. The only thing I would wish they had was a few options for children.

Got told a 30 minute wait for take-out, actually took closer to an hour. Food was still fantastic though.

The worst customer service ever. They are rude and argue word. Tonight we order whole chicken meal from this restaurant and were waiting for more than 30 minutes and once we’ve asked for it, this guy start being very rude and aggressive saying that you’re here for couple of minutes and yelling at us! I couldn't believe it.
Unprofessional, unpleasant and rude staff. Not recommended at all.

We went there on a Monday evening. Very limited parking spots. Menu was ordinary, overpriced, confusing. No separate menu for kids. Unhelpful Poor customer service. Dissaponted and not recommended.

Amazing food
Been there on Thursday night and it wasn’t too busy inside. We spent waiting 70 minutes for food.
