Customer service is catastrophic.if you to dine-in, you shouldn't think about any courtesy or smiling, the girls there really hate customers
This place is literally amazing. The food is so delicious, the servings are so big and everyone is so friendly. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Perth, thank you so much!
Delicious food. Comfortable seating. Very long waiting time, probably they want people to buy their buffet ($35).
We had the Buffet dinner with our best friend couple. The variety and flavour of food was outstanding and I didn't even get to taste all of the dishes that were available. There was not a single bad taste amongst the 4 of us. Better yet was the impeccable service of the proprietor, such friendly and welcoming personna. Then there was the atmosphere, wow we had so much fun with the other patrons especially when the belly dancer came out and people were interacting and dancing. We will definately be attending on a regular basis.
I visited with a good friend of mine, and we ummed and ahed about whether to go for à la carte or the buffet on offer - it was quickly decided once we walked past to have a look. Warm pita bread and fresh salad with lashings of lemon juice, hummos and baba ghanoush to start; and then falafels all crispy on the outside and green on the inside; curry, aromatic kofta and the different textures of Lebanese rice. It was absolutely delicious and we'll be back. Arrive early enough on the right days and you'll get to see a belly dance too!
Really nice dinner. Good food, nice ambience. Enjoyed the Lebanese lemonade. Had falafel and mix food platter. Would definitely consider going again.
This place is over rated I have never experienced the waiting time to be that long. Yet alone with rude blunt staffs who would rush through the menu and barge off to get things over and done with. Never again I have been disappointed with poor customer service.
Food was great, food came on time. The atmosphere was not as it looked intense. None of the staff were smiling as well and we didn’t feel welcomed. We saw a staff member come out of the bathroom and it was obvious she was crying. None of the staff was comforting her and they all seem to ignore her. It looked like they scolded her as I was watching how everyone was surrounding her. I don’t think this place treats the staff well. I recently saw a review about the same issue with one of the staff member. Hopefully the management can help fix this problem.
Too crowded that once you order, its impossible to add or modify the order.
Also, there are few staff in comparison to the customers during wee hours.management should invest more in hiring.
Waiting time is so long we had to wait more than a hour for our food staff seem under pressure and not friendly and definitely under staffed because the place is busy with not much staff i dont think i will be coming back.
Excellent service with all the staff
Specially the food was amazing from
Me and my family () felt like home, thank you little Lebanon ️
Food was quite nice and represents good value for money however the restaurant feels really run down old and dated throughout and is in desperate need of a re vamp and the staff could be more welcoming.
Very poor servise
Take long time to bring simple items.
No enough labor.hence poor service.if you can wait an hour for dinning order.it's your choice
Will not visit again.
Superb Mediterranean cuisine. I had their lamb cutlets- they were delicious. The chicken kebabs were outstanding. The belly dancer was excellent.
I have been here a couple of times with my friends on Friday nights. Their food has always been amazing. But what disappointed us were the staffs. Both the times ma and my friends have had terrible experiences from the staffs, who wanted to clear our tables while we were having food. ️ And it’s so displeasing to have the staffs wanting us to leave while we were eating food. They showed up at least 10 times at our table while we’re having food asking us if we’re done eating and they could clean the table. I’ve never had such a terrible service anywhere.
I would give 5/5 for food but 0/5 for the rude staffs and their hospitality. Overall I rate the place 3/5 for their delicious food.
Have previously had good experiences here. Went recently on a Sunday night, it was the quietest we had seen the restaurant.
We were told that there would be a 45 minute wait for orders from the menu. Alternatively there was a $35pp buffet, so we felt we didn't really have much choice as we were hungry and didn't want to wait 45 minutes. Had one plate each, the meat was dry and barely warm. My husband almost choked on the chicken as it was so dry. Didn't see any restocking of the buffet during the time we were there. Disappointing.
Called to place a take away order and they said “we are not taking take away orders as we are very busy”. You are kidding me! Won’t be supporting this place ever again.
We used to really love going to Little Lebanon.
Used to.
The last couple of times it gotten worse and now the last time was possibly the worst dining experience of my life. It's saddening, it really is. Cold food and longer than life waiting times. Dry and cold food that was literally hard to eat.
My heart is broken.
The only good thing about this place is the food and the belly dancers. The staff members needs to learn how to be friendly and approachable. The front of staff behind the counter has
So much attitude when I walked In. I understand it’s busy but I don’t expect watching the front of house waitresses give out attitudes. I was a regular customer for many months and I recommend to bring the old staffs back
