Little Lebanon restaurant

Food is good, which is why I gave them a second chance. Service was very average with long waits. Thought I'd try take away so I could cut out the service side and just enjoy good food. Placed order at 7.36pm on a Tuesday night. They said 25 mins. I arrived at the right time, paid. Total wait time from order placement to receiving food was 55 minutes, 40 mins of waiting at the restaurant. To their credit, they did give free baklava.

I used to order from little Lebanon all the time till I realised their food qualities are not as good as it was before. I thought i give another shot tonight left me with nothing but disappointment. Quality was so bad, packaging was horrible. Portions are much smaller. And last not least food they send is not matching with the pictures they have on their UberEATS menu or how they used to serve. I have ordered mixed platter with Biriyani rice which came with some spicy tomatoe rice. They used to have pickles and salads on the side but this time was only tiny bit of salad and lots of onion. Same with their Falafel nothing on the side except 3 slices of tomato and that’s all. Extremely disappointed and i make sure everyone knows how bad your food has become. Goodbye LITTLE LEBANON.

Probably one of the worst experiences with staff I have ever incurred in Perth. I had to wait 1.5 hrs for my meal, due to misplacing the order.

The wait didn't bother me as much as the attitude and rudeness of the staff (2 girls, both black/dark hair) working on the night of the 24th November.

They refused to give me their names.probably out of fear I would report them. When we asked why our food was taking so long, they were unbothered to check if our order had been started (hence why they didn't realise it hadn't been submitted through the computer), blatantly rolling their eyes every time we inquired when our food and laughing.

I have been a regular customer here many times over but will never be coming back. I often come and invite a group to eat out with me. Tonight I had invited 7 guests out and it was embarrassing to say the least.

The wait was frustrating, but i would have still come back to eat again as it was an honest mistake. However the waitresses disgusting behaviour, pushed me over the edge and that is why I will never go back.

Other tables around us also experienced long waiting times (not as bad as 1.5 hours) and were cheering and clapping once the food arrived, just to give you an idea of how bad service was that night.

Hope the owner addresses the issue, as I can sure say that the waitresses certainly took it easy, doing the bare minimum thing.

The food is delicious, I've been here many times with a big group of friends. But its crowded for weekend nights. The portion is worth the price. There are two area that need to improved 1- when you call for booking the Receptionist cannot handle the phone call properly. I phoned many times the want to get off the phone asap and aren't really helpful.
2- When order the food it takes at least 30 to 40 minutes to get ready, if you have kids then keep in your mind.
Other than that everything is fine with that belly dancing.

First experience to little Lebanon restaurant I enjoy the different kind of food. Friendly stuff and very cosy atmosphere and dining.

Very bad coustmer service waiting for my food more than 1hr and get uncooked food that really bad for my first time to have a dinner at your restaurant.really not recommend

We had very bad experience this time.
I ordered chicken curry with coconut cream but it was not even 10 percent which I used to eat.
Waitress was very rude and she refused to take it back.
I am unhappy customer and will not like to recommend anyone.
When we asked food constrainers, it was very small and it was very hard to store our left over. NOT HAPPY TODAY.

Tried the platters and loved them! Outdoor sitting area could use some thorough cleaning though.

Love this Place. Yummiest food, generous servings.reasonable prices and open ALL THE TIME! Parking is a bit of an issue but we usually park a little further down the road and walk. After a feed here you'll be glad for the walk back to the car!

I tried buffet last night. It was good and reasonable price. I compared the price of buffet and the price of 3,4 dishes that I would order then choose buffet. No regret. Maybe next time, I will chose dishes because I wanna try foods are not in the buffet list. I liked rice and meat skewer so much.

Had the buffet on the Sunday.
For what it is, it's good. Missed a few dishes but all in all very good.

Though food was amazing, I can't give you good review. We were waiting for the food soooo long, toilet was dirty and broken, the entrance door was open and shisha's smoke comes from outside which is too strong and couldn't focus on food anymore, I got dizzy and high on from that. We just wanted to enjoy your amazing food.

I ordered charcoal chicken with rice.
The chicken was nice but cinamen was too much.
Overall, the dish was was really greasy. And, the customer service was below the average.

Had a lovely banquet for two tonight. The food was delicious and the. Meats were very moist and flavoursome. For me, the big surprise was the Lebanese Cocktail, absolutely delicious.

The BEST Lebanese food here in Perth. You must get the half chicken spicy with rice! The portion sizes are so big and the flavour on the chicken is indescribable! They provide the tastiest salad and garlic dip. Such a delicious meal to have!

Seated and ordered at 3: 30pm on a Saturday, there were only 3 tables including ours occupied. 1 hour 25 minutes later the food still was not on table.the girl at the counter just shrugged and said their order system had a problem, no care whatsoever. Disgusting lack of service, can't comment on the food because at 1.5 hours of waiting we just walked out hungry. I DO NOT recommend this establishment for anyone wanting an enjoyable meal, if you do, good luck to you.

I've always had good quality food at Little Lebanon, reasonably priced and the staff are nice in a very busy restaurant, for anyone trying Lebanese food for the first time of you'd like a variety I'd suggest the mixed meat skewers with rice (not chips) chips you can have anytime, the rice has herbs in it and goes well with the salad, the 4 skewers have prawns, beef, chicken and kafta which is like a sausage/rissole type really tasty and you won't be disappointed no matter what you order, the booking process over the phone has always been welcoming as it is when you arrive at the restaurant, will be back again soon, Inshallah:)

Was very looking forward to go and introduce more people to the Restaurant so i booked a table to only have them cancell it and when I called up to ask why they told me it was because they were fully booked meanwhile that was not what it said/says online? And when i proceeded to tell the lady that it was very unprofessional of them and that they should change it online she just hang up on me. Very rude and dissapointing

Food in restaurant is good, but some of the staff girls doesn't have any customer service talents, rude and never smile when they serve food like you owe them money.
