Little C's Hillarys

Ordered bbq pizza, the base is decent but the pizza is very average no spices just meat and cheese.

The 15% surcharge is stupid most other restaurants I’ve been too doesn’t have a surcharge when using the me&u app to order.

Ordered 2 pizzas and the surcharge was $10.

Took more than 1 hour to get my fillet. Worth for waiting. Be careful if you ordered in group. They just messed up the first order on the list. Good luck.

Food was delicious. Covid smart. But
menus, floor, chairs place was a bit grotty.
Eventually the service was improved.

On Sunday 2nd January 2022 My husband and I went into Little Cs at Hillarys Boat Harbour at 1.40 pm and sat at at table Bar 4.
We ordered a large Nathan & Nat Pizza 1Beer and 1coffee after twenty five minutes we had finished our drinks with no sign of the Pizza we spoke to a staff member who went to check where it was and returned and said they had no record of our order and had we moved tables (we hadn't)
He then said he would have to get the manager who was busy making alcoholic drinks he then went and looked and came back that they had found the docket then after another ten minutes we asked the staff member again where it was he came back and said its in the oven
after a total of 40 minutes the Pizza arrived
The Pizza presentation was terrible they said it would have a cream sauce but it didn't the chicken and other ingredients were dried up and not what we were expecting after waiting so long
In all the experience was a shambles in the time we were there we witnessed seven people complaining about different issues including one elderly lady who came to the counter twice about the wait time for her coffee it was a very bad experience and we will will not be recommending or coming back
As we were just about to leave our table a very young staff member came to clear our table and looked very distressed and tearful whatever the problem was it's not a good start in life at work
I think there is something seriously wrong with the lack of organisation
of the place and the customer service is lacking they are not coping with the workload and either need more trained staff members or less customers to make it work efficiently

Pizzas are average. Customer service is okay. Their website specified they cater for lactose allergies with no extra charge, however they in fact charge extra to change the normal cheese to soy cheese. The waiter taking our order had no idea what we were talking about when I said I need dairy free. They offered the soy cheese or no cheese! If you order through the app, you can choose dairy free at no extra charge but when we used the app at the table to order they add a 15% surcharge which we thought was a bit much! Would not recommend this place again.: (

The 'General Manager' was unbelievably rude. You would think with a table of 10+ he would go out of his way to be pleasant. The food helpings were huge, bigger than tastier and the desserts were just ok. Will not return.

What could of been a great experience for me and my 3 year old daughter this evening has left a bad taste in my mouth. Thy isn’t from the food but from the customer service I received from a staff member named Alex. It got chilly quite quickly so I asked if we could move inside to one of the many empty tales. He said no, you can’t but I can give you a refund of your meal if you’d like to go with that option. I was so shocked with his response and initially thought he was joking. I said I’m sorry, but I’m going to find a seat. He pointed to another staff member and said go and talk to him. That staff member was lovely and he pointed me in the direction of some empty tables.

We have happily ordered numerous times from this restaurant, however our last 3 orders have been cold & incorrect, and coupled with unprofessional, unapologetic and outright disgusting customer service.
Often, the meals will be prepared differently, missing ingredients etc, but our latest order of 4 items, came as a single item (of which we did not order) and no action or apology was offered to correct the mistake.
We will never order from Little Cs again.

I have had many a pizza at Little C’s and never had a complaint, but last night my friend & I dined in, we were disappointed that there is no table service as there was last time. Also the pizza was very average & we had to send it back, as it wasn’t very hot! Also the Greek salad had way too many tomatoes and little flavour, shame as we always loved it before

Very poor customer service, the male staff with hairlocks is just plain rude. So dissapointed I just asked for a refund, I paid with card and he gave me cash back. Definitely won't come back.

Beautiful location, great view over Hillarys. Food pretty ordinary; we ordered 3 pizzas and all were very average; super oily, dominated by one flavour, far too many toppings. Salad was poor too. Kids meals were good. Drinks were three quarters ice. Service was very poor, grumpy staff - pity, because this could be a good spot.

Pre ordered 5 pizzas and collected as they came out the oven right on time. Great vegetarian options

Waited an hour for our pizza when we got told 30 minutes. Then when it finally came out, wasn't even hot. So pathetic. The quality has seriously dropped. I once bragged about. Pathetic. Never returning again. Dominoes can produce a better pizza. If I could give it a 0 stars and a 0 out if 10 I would.

Great range of pizza had the Portuguese Chicken one lots of very flavourful topping. Well done!

Very poor service, ordered 1 pizza, waited over 1/2 hour, asked staff how much longer, was told the order hadn't been put through, we were asked to wait another15 mins, sorry I don't think so. I could understand if they were busy but it was nearly empty. Incompetent staff.

Below average food quality. Terrible service. Got seated to a table that wasn't even cleaned, food was coming out late and one at a time, with the last one coming so late that everyone else almost finished their dish fully. (4ppl). No cuttlery served: 'D No napkins served, table service looks like scraped and have to order at counter. Pay upfront but no wonder, if I had known I wouldn't leave a cent here. Second and last time here.

Went here a couple of years ago and loved it, however went the other night and purchased 4 pizzas at a cost of $100 all were pretty tasteless, so we will not be going back
