Little C's Hillarys

Very poor service. Waited 20 minutes for drinks to arrive ended up going and delivering them myself. Entree arrived cold, 1 hour later meal still hasn't arrived just got told sons meal isn't available, 1 hour after ordering. My wife is eating we are still waiting, very poor drinks and meal service. Ordered beer battered chips, they weren't beer battered they were standard frozen deep fried and not even warm when they arrived, my meal was not the same as it was the last time I ordered it, in fact it was not even close. Would give no stars if I could, won't be coming back.

We had our Christmas party here and the hospitality is absolutely amazing. Such an amazing atmosphere and such lovely staff. 10/10 service, definitely will be coming again

We had our work do here and the staff were AMAZING they were so lovely and they did their jobs so well.

Ordered 2 dishes, one arrived and as they put it down said, oh we have run out of the other but forgot to tell you? So one person on the table waited for another meal choice, then ate alone, as we had finished.
One pizza was not as we ordered, the GF was inedible, drinks took 20 mins

The poor manager looked like he was tearing his hair out, he tried as much recovery as possible, and I think he’s let down by his staff

Ordered a seafood platter waited 40 minutes to be told the order didn’t exist (used QR code to order) the Manager had to ask us to view the order on our mobile as we weren’t believed and couldn’t find on their system.

We were told our platter would then take another 10 minutes we waited another 20 minutes and followed up, we were told it will come out when it’s ready or to take a refund. Complete waste of time, poorly run ordering/table system, service and kitchen. We had to leave hungry around over an hour of waiting.

We used to love going here. The food was amazing, consistent but it was a disappointment last night where we had booked a big table when we got there it was not set up in spite of them being quiet and not as busy. There were no plates or water, lack of customer service. No attention from the staff to check in. The food has gone below average, pizza do not taste the same, the recipe is different somehow. Got spinach and tomato base on quattro for magi pizza no feta cheese. Really disappointed as it used to be soo good

Had dinner at this restaurant. Food was really nice. Well prepared cocktail. Hospitality of staff was awesome. Recomend for the perfect date.

Food is great, but only one place to order is way too slow. Plus having someone on the till that doesn't speak English well doesn't help. Need to make sure the whole menu is on the phone order system to make things easier.
*Visited again, and the kids meals have shrunk massively. Not good value for money at all. Very poor form.

2 pizzas and 2 apple juices. $70! Takeaway. ABSURD!
Requested tomato sauce and still got BBQ sauce.

Just experienced the definition of excellent customer service from a young lady called Savannah. I have been looking everywhere for my favourite cocktail, a disarano sours, and without hesitation, Savannah jumped into action and prepared me a cocktail that wasn't on the menu and she hadn't made before.
Safe to say it was DELICIOUS! Definitely made my trip to Hillarys worth while.

For starters.

No steak when it’s listed on the menu, the cocktails are a disgrace and not well presented with corresponding garnishes for the drinks. I ordered a Italian with no olives as a substitute for the no steak, which was wrong. Was brought out a works with no olives (first mistake was coming here, second was what they served) which I don’t like pineapple nor mushrooms which are both on the pizza. Secondly, I ordered beer battered fries, was served wedges. And she offered to ‘throw in’ garlic bread which is overpriced at $9.50 for what it is, when I asked if we’ll be refunded the difference considering the steaks were $36 each which is a lot more than what we resorted to getting. Next the bacon and pizza is barely cooked and base practically raw and there was whole tomatoes on top hardly cooked. I’m still here while writing the review before I forget which seems quite unlikely considering it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, not to mention she repeated my order back to me? But got it wrong still. Won’t be returning.

A great find in amongst the chaos of Xmas & school holidays.good food and reasonable booze prices with an interesting view of the marina beach & inflatable water park.

Great setting, nice atmosphere but the food was a let down.
The pizza was Luke warm, thick on the cheese and not a real nice tasting cheese. Entree of prawn and chips was pathetic to say the least for such a tiny portion, 5 dark brown prawns and 10 chips for $17.
All four of us were not happy with our choices but the drinks were fantastic.

Terrible service. Been here twice now and both times it's taken 30mins just to receive our drinks. No excuse when the place is pretty much empty anyway.

If there was option, I could have given zero star.
I went this place with Family for the dinner.
This place does not accept Amex. After placing order at the counter, I am told that Amex does not work, so lady at counter cancelled and I paid with Visa card.
After few minutes, I came to know she missed the item ordered (beer battered chips) in the order. So, I had to go back and pay for beer battered chips.
Beer order was not available. Diet Coke was also not available.

I ordered LC pizza but got charged for BC pizza.
There is another problem menu says LC and BC.

The pizza are not labelled clearly as small or large.

The staff at the counter is rude and incompetent to serve the customer.

Rather than apologizing, I was criticized that I came many times at the counter and pointed the error to the lady.

Avoid this place.

Food was good. Came out quick. Staff clearly new or under trained in customer service. Missed a drink on our order. No apology. No service with a smile. Didn't seem like they wanted to be there.

Upon arrival we were looking over menu and a waitress greeted us with "we are only doing takeaway pizza" as she walked by. It was rather dismissive, so we left. We will not return.

Shean made the best cranberry vodka twist 10/10 rate he’s a great bartender, Jackie was very lovely too. Great place

Worst management I’ve ever experienced. Won’t ever be coming back. Go anywhere else for pizza or pasta. Would rather give my money to anyone else but the flog that owns this place
