Little C's Hillarys

Always great food, however, on 2 occasions our drinks have been completely forgotten. Upon asking we waited another 20 minutes and had already finished our meals.

Had lunch with a friend on Friday last week and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere, view and service were great. We had the chicken fettuccine pizza which was delicious and the Raffaello Ball for dessert. OMG there aren’t enough words to describe how good that was!

The only negative would be that staff turned the music up too loud towards the end of our lunch so we had to raise our voices to hear each other. We decided to leave earlier than we probably would have because of this. Music was good though

No customer service and overpriced food!
The management must have changed! We used to like this restaurant and celebrated few of our family gatherings here but yesterday was a bitter experience! Will never go back again! They have lost my immediate 3 families as their customers!

We used to love this place but last time we had lunch we were surprised on how the quality of the food and desserts has gone down. I ordered a Tiramisu which tasted like the milk was bad, very sour flavour. Not going back, which is a shame cause the place is so nice!

$23 Benedict was nice but very plain. No cutlery or napkins available had to seek them out. The venue is in a nice location but the staff seemed to be struggling.

Disappointed this time.

Far away from what I expected based on my previous experiences.

The pulled pork pizza is amazing, great atmosphere and view and have GF bases available. Only suggestion would be to get a few more beer selections on tap like bluemoon but we love this place and come regularly

Visited here for lunch on Tuesday 4th January.
The service from the staff on duty was terrible.
Fiirsty I had to go to the counter and ask for menus, I then had to go back and ask water for the table.
We ordered the Nathan & Nat Pizza which was very dry and not worth the $32 price tag.
When the Pizza was delivered to the table I asked for some plates and was advised to collect from the counter.
Maybe they should advise customers that this is a self service restaurant as know one appears willing to provide any service.
This is a pitiful resemblance of the Little C's which used to be located in Leederville.

Had breakfast, very ordinary overall. The place, glasses were putrid. The food wasn’t hot and the coffee is terrible. Have been here before and never been like this. They have let the standard really drop.

I regularly attend Little C's at Hillary's on Friday evenings, order a couple of take-away pizzas, order one beer, and sit wait and observe the calamity unfold.

More often than not, the order takes far longer than it should. The last time it took 1 hour and 8 minutes for two pizzas. I asked where they were after 40 minutes, 50 minutes, then after an hour had past stood there in front of the guy working the pizza oven until he found the pizzas. They were fumbling around, looking for dockets each time, telling me they're coming out now, just another 10 minutes. In the end the guy found the take-away pizzas sitting on plates on the pass. He nonchalantly grabbed them, handed them to one of the less experienced kitchen-hand's, said something quietly to them, then went back to fumble about with chocolate shavings on some other poor patron's pizza literally for the remainder of the 8 minutes. I can only imagine what was gong on in his mind.

'A little bit here.a little bit there, no wait that's too much, I'll pick some off. No hang-on a moment, I'm supposed to put a lot on aren't I? I'll check the instructions, okay, I'll just tip the remainder of chocolate shavings on there.wait, that's not enough. Where do they keep the rest of the chocolate shavings? I'll have to go out the back and look for them' - disappears for a few minutes - 'okay, so how much am I supposed to put on again? Checks the instructions. Sauce, now I need to put on the chocolate sauce. 3 minutes later. '

Meanwhile.the young person he handed my pizzas to was trying to fold two new pizza boxes and slide my pizzas into them, a task which one wouldn't expect to be beyond a kitchen-hand in a pizza restaurant. Anyway, it took them about 5 minutes and by the time they handed them over to me they were tough and barely warm. They must of been sitting there for 30 minutes. They might as well have given me the pizza boxes to eat an hour ago. (I'm exaggerating a little but, it's just frustrating sometimes)

Why do I keep going? To watch the football, or cricket highlights on the TV's and a have a beer while unwinding after a week at work. The pizzas can be good, and often are, but it's not entirely why I go there.

Some of the staff in the kitchen seem like they're only there to pay for their play-station subscriptions. They just seem young, inexperienced and have no perspective of time. Not sure where management is during these evenings. It is as clear as day to me that all that place needs is Gordan Ramsey standing in the kitchen giving them a little motivation until they understand what motivation is.

In the time I've been going there I have seen more than one group of patrons get up and walk out after giving up on waiting for there order: (

Waited an hour for our food only to be told that the kitchen haven’t even made it yet. Not happy Jan

Nice restaurant on the water, nice food and close to the action of Hillaries. Would come back again. The chilli mussels are great.

5 of us went for our daughters birthday, just walked in and shared 4 pizzas, which were all different, and tasty. Service was good. Dessert pizza was a favourite!

Have been here before and the food was sensational, but tonight was terrible. Waited over an hr for our mains, one of the meals on our table was supposed to be a scotch fillet and looked like a minute steak. All the mains came out staggered over an hour period which made for quite an awkward dinner

Carbonara was just cream with raw onion and raw bacon. Chilli muscles came with no sauce just dry muscles. Pizza was average

I was one of the regular customer of little C's since long years when you guys used to run on other side of the place. Last night I was there with few friends and it was not a great dinner.

Firstly they took almost more 45 mins to get the food on the table.then they got us only 3 Pizza while we ordered 4 and after lot of conversations we got to know that they only put 3 pizzas in system but they charged us $66 (Usually its $17 for little one on Tuesday after 5 pm). On the investigation we found out that they charged $22 each why? When I went to desk to discuss someone called Leo (The most rude guy ever I see in my life in services industry) said he is the manager he doesn't want to fix it. He reckons his English is poor so he does not understand what I mean to say, I personally feels he is resist and trying to indicate that I should improve my English which means I should be going to English classed before I visit any little C's in future. This should be end but we found hair in our pizza too and when we asked THE MANAGER he was like "do you want refund". Is this the real way to talk to customer? My friends clearly said that this is not the place it used to be and we should have something alternate but not this but I was the one who insisted for little Cs.

Thanks for the great experience. I am attaching receipt of payment and menu photo along with Hair in Pizza. I am send one copy of it along with letter to ACCC as you can't advertise wrong prices on Menu and Web-Site.

Honestly I understand its not easy to be in customer service but when you are wrong you should just try to fix it not to humiliate customer for just $66 and I do understand the crunch of workers too during this time but hiring idiot resist and rude people will not take you anywhere.

Now Owner is blaming us in response on discrimination while we are not local either. I thought its just staff but the whole system is disaster. Rather than fixing the the problem Manager was rude so as owner.

Anyone who would visit please read all reviews and see how many times owner has to say sorry every week. Stay away its Scam

The food is great but using QR orders is a complete disaster. The staff are great and helpful but the system is letting them down badly. Order at the bar! Do not use the QR system on the table.

Ive never had such rude Customer Service! Guy at register was impatient and not helpful. Food below average. Would not recommend. They dont deserve any star

Hillary’s Little C’s disappointing! The manager Leo (dreadlocks) was so obnoxious and rude. The floor staff and bar staff very friendly, unfortunately they too had to put up with Leo. When approaching the owner to give my feedback, he didn’t seem to be interested either! The pizza’s were ok…. Shame we couldn’t enjoy it: - (

What a disappointment. Went there for a family dinner the kids didn't touch there food and our food was bad and the service was very disappointing glasses where very dirty wouldn't recommend it
