Must have a new cook.not good.fish n chips? I've never met a overcooked piece of fish before in my life time.and the char grilled steak with roasted vegetables? I couldnt tell them apart everything was char grilled.and it wasn't because they were busy.we were the first customers.not happy Jan.

Very impressed with helpful staff, good service and good food. Love the idea of being able to order food and drink from table app.

WAS THERE ON THURSDAY NIGHT FOR DINNER WE ORDERED 2 SENIOR MEALS THEY WERE POOR IN QUALITY, I WONDER WHY THERE WERE NO PEOPLE IN THE EATING AREA VERY DISSAPOINTED WOOLIES WONT BE GOING BACK

We went for a family dinner. It was fairly busy (generally a good sign) it was clean, and the staff were quick to help, and friendly with a smile. Service was excellent, the wait for meals, not too long, the garlic bread was very good. The meal was a good size serve, well presented and as ordered. Unfortunately, the rib-eye I ordered and the Scotch fillet my wife ordered (medium rare) were both unevenly cooked and very chewy. A little disappointed when these two meals were $90.00 (including toppings).

Nice chilled place especially on a Sunday for the fights, Friday it's hectic and packed but great atmosphere, food and service is good too

Order 2 meals on same table came 1hr 30 minutes apart told were busy not good enough need to check qhen meal been ordered no apologies given

Not the best last night the food was no where like the usual standard
Tough steak, burnt parmigiana round edges lamb shank pie with 1 shank in it
Plus my brother had food poisoning after having the steak sandwich not good

People smoking in non smoking areas, chips cold not very inviting, don't bother if u are looking for good food

Have been going to Lakers every Friday for over a year, enjoyed the food and staff, unfortunately the food has become very disappointing over the last few weeks mostly over cooked and the salad very disappointing

Service and atmosphere was great. But decided to order the scotch fillet for lunch. Unfortunately it was the scrappiest piece of meat I've ever laid my eyes on, and after many years spent in the meat industry I was disappointed by the fact it said it was a 300gm steak and its cooked weight was less then half that which means it was probably under that weight before being cooked.

Nice tavern and pretty good service, but no vegetarian menu? Only three dishes that are vegetarian, and two of those are sides. Had to go elsewhere to eat as partner couldn't eat what they had as a main. Maybe get a burger of some kind?

I had a lovely time with my auntie there last night we had onion bhaji and grilled fish and chips because the barramundi had just ran out! I’m looking forward to tasting the barramundi another time, it’s obviously very popular.
The servings were very generous, and I’ll definitely be back.

Been here a few times lately and the service, staff and food has been outstanding.

We noted that the young man, Jacob, who served our family was so lovely, respectful and had a nice, friendly disposition.

This is the first time I am disappointed in the dinner. Sorry but the presentation of my plate was not nice and the batter was burnt. I let the lady know or my husband did Sorry The windows were dirty, that was the first time I saw that. My husband liked his meal. So that was good and usually we go there on a Tuesday. Hopefully it will be better the next time.

Not to busy. Good seating. Got the share plate, affordable and filling. I really liked it. Good place to catch up with friends.

plenty of parking and i found it easy to find as well

Lots of different areas to hang out: restaurant section, sports and pool tables section, bar, DJ with dance floor and outdoor seating. Large serving size at the restaurant. Great staff.

Just had the lunch special Parmigiana and a pint. The Parmigiana, salad and chips was great. I usually have a Parmigiana at pubs but this one was cooked perfect. Would recommend.
