Not sure where all the bad reviews of this place have come from. We have been here a few times and the staff have been lovely and helpful. Even gave my son a lollipop this time.

Would help to have prices on display, but it is the very rude old lady at the door that isn't a good look for your shop. The young lady at the counter was nice though.

We went here because it was close to my mates place. We thought it would be a little pricey being in the heart of perth but my god i never expected it to be this bad. None of the prices are listed anywhere in store and when we asked how much for a carton, most imported beer (Heineken, Becks, etc) are $68 and some even more expensive than that. We walked out with nothing and went a few streets away to get some drinks instead

AVOID AT ALL COST! - I wish I could give a minus score after my experience on Saturday night. Very poor choice, no prices listed on fridges, extremely expensive, rude nasty staff (Looks like the owner and her daughter). Unfortunately like most people I had to endure the experience before seeing everyone else's review. What a terrible business!

It’s a local shop.for local people. The woman behind the counter was so inexplicably horrible that my wife and I left empty-handed. I see from other reviewers that this experience is pretty typical. If you’re one of those masochistic customers who perversely relishes terrible service (a la the Fawlty Towers dining experience), this is the bottle shop for you!

Attempted overcharge! I put my chosen drinks up on the counter ready to be paid for, I had a rough idea of costs and when I saw the price on the till display I said to the elder Asian lady “that price doesn’t seem right”. Without question (or even saying one word) she took $16 off my charge. Check your price tags and compare them to the till guys!

Extremely rude service. A lot of items didn’t have prices on them and the ones that did were easily twice what you would pay at almost any other bottle shop. I generally support local and independent but given the choice go to the bws or liquor land in the cbd or head out to Dan Murphys. Do not shop at this establishment. I would not recommend this place to someone as a cruel joke one star is about 21 stars to many for this place. It may actually be the worst thing in Northbridge.

Would rather choke to death and be reincarnated as a fat bloke's bike seat than go back to this horribly expensive, poor excuse for a business.

Don't think about to go in this store, even if ur an alcoholic. The prices are twice that high than in the liquor stores around the corner. The old lady behind the counter is one of the worst shop assistants I have ever met in my life. Just avoid to step in at all!

DO NOT and I Mean DO NOT! Even bother to look at this place, if could score this place a negative zero then I would. The lady that works there is from the gates of hell. She does not even know how to speak to people without abusing them.

Just bought a coke zero that is extremely flat. Turns out it was best before 12 Oct 2017. Well over half a year out of date. Stay clear of these cowboys

Zero! Such rude service and no prices on products. Think they make it up as they go along and was really rude to us as we tried to pay. Definitely would NOT recommend!

Absolutely hilarious! Just plucks prices out of thin air, she passes the card machine to me to pay for my $35 mango beers (farcical), then when I tap my card, completely loses it! Good thing my partner was with me because I was just going to leave the beer and storm out! Being shouted at that I’m a rude man! Quite the opposite paying that much for mango beer! Worth a visit for the experience! “ No PayPass you rude man! ”
