Quite possibly the worst bottle shop in Perth? A young lady in front of me was interrogated and harassed for using her phone in the shop. She was trying to pay with her phone, at this point I defended her and told the shop keeper what she was doing was wrong. I was then kicked out.

I lived in central northbridge for a year and had been contemplating this review but deemed it unnecessary. However, amongst the slew of reviews here I’ve found it necessary to continue the wave of customers speaking out. In no time going into this store did I ever not have prices quoted arbitrarily that were astounding in price. I have seen my friends intimidated and harassed and witnessed other patrons get treated quite simply like human detritus. It’s a shame that though the monopoly of circumstance people are soon to be left with no choice other than go to this cold, extortionate establishment. If you want to practice your public debating skills or see how quickly you can spend 50 dollars on few items this would be the only time I recommend patronage. Would give zero stars if the option were to exist. The fact that soap operas bleeding into late night channel 7/9 tv is on constantly behind the counter only seeks to impart a sharp pang of depression deep into your soul.

Over priced placed, dont waste your money, there are plenty of other places around or even cheaper to take an uber and go to another liquor and still you'll have money left.

No price is marked for ANYTHING in store, which seems to be rather convenient for the rude old lady when she charges you whatever absurd price she pulls out of her backside. Be prepared to pay double the amount you would usually pay at other stores. Possibly the worst liquor store in the whole of WA.

Absolutely worst customer experience I have experienced.thought it was a bit weird that prices not displayed but was not familiar with the area so ended up there. Rude old lady and another lady who looked like her daughter. I asked where the cider was and they pointed to fridge in it was pure blonde beer beside the other cider I lifted it by mistake and paid for it. Realising it was beer not cider I walked back to store and asked could I please swap it. Was told NO we don’t do exchanges! I said but you had the beer in the cider fridge and it wasn’t really my fault that I had grabbed them by mistake! She yelled at me and said I don’t know you. I said you served me 3 minutes ago then she shoved a dirty sign in my face showing her exchange policy which by the way was not displayed it was hidden beside the till. Do NOT go through the doors of that place

Appalling customer service. Would rather be served by a serial killer. Prices are invented on the spot. Place is trash and not surprised people are reporting being sold out-of-date alcohol. Must be abolished.

28bucks for a 4 pack of Pirate Life Pale Ale, along with the completele disorganisation upon selection, both arrangement of beverages & prices are taking the piss, never again.

Before coming here I wondered to myself: "How could a liquor store have such terrible reviews? " after leaving the establishment it was pretty obvious how they came to have such a reputation.

Spent over $90 there and two of the beers tasted funny and were out of date by almost 1 year. I took photos and when I called up to ask her she hung up on me.

Don’t take your your phone out of your pocket in this store! The crazy old lady will abuse you like you’re in the process of robbing them. Avoid this place at all costs. Wow that was an experience.

Lovely staff, had a good chat about what carpet they should install. Gave me and my date free little shot things. Also sell a mean arrake!

Eye-wateringly high prices, zero customer service. Owner pretends not to understand you if you ask any sort of question about anything.

Disgusting service never met such rude people! Prices are made up on the spot with no price tags anywhere. Dirty and horrible shop with even worse people running it. Hope it gets shut down or smashed up!

So rude! Pulled out my phone to check my bank account and was yelled at because "using phone in store is not allowed, shop rules"

Should’ve read the reviews. Got charged $36 for 2 bottle of mango and raspberry cider. Just found that it’s $20.49 for 4 bottles at Dan Murphy’s. What a rip off

Popped in because I needed a 6 pack on the way home, got a 6 pack of Cans of Gage Roads Little Dove, to be charged $34.00 (usually around $25-$28 on the high end)

Didn't notice at the time, only on the way out after I had paid. Very expensive shop. Not even worth the convenience.

Store itself smells damp and dingey, with about 12 fridges just lining the walls on the inside, and no prices listed. They also do not take PayPass, not a deal breaker though.

DO NOT VISIT. This place is a trap. The service is atrocious. The prices are outrageous. When I declined to pay more than double for an item I took to the counter I was intimidated.

If I could give this shop no stars, I happily would.
By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When asked simple questions, she will shout back in your face, and get extremely aggressive. She also makes prices up on the spot, was quoted $35 for a pack of Asahi.
Avoid this shop at all costs, and with some luck they will get closed down.

Charging extra fees for paying by card, making up random prices and justifying it by saying "always have cash with you". Probably the worst service in perth so far (if not in the world). Would give minus if i could.
