Kim Hee Chinese Restaurant

This is used to be one of my favourite restaurant when I order through Menulog.
Today I received the ultimate dodgy meal from them
Just meat on top and nothing inside in singapore noodles.and duck with bone was a disaster.
Would never order again.looks like ownership has changed.not my problem

Used to be my favourite Chinese in the area, unfortunately the last few times have not been up to their usual standard and we wont be back.

Very poor customer service, no communication skills.

Placed an order via Uber Eats at 1746 understanding that Labour Day may cause delays. Order was accepted immediately. After waiting until 1850 decided to contact store and ensure order was being processed. Was met with what I believe to be a teenage girl whose first language was English. Unfortunately I had to ask several times if my order was being processed. I was informed that my order was currently being cooked and would be ready in 10-15 and that my driver was there waiting. At 1930 I received a notification from Uber that the order could not be completed.
1.75 hours to realise that they could not complete is unacceptable. I will not be returning nor recommending.
Many other restaurants in the area with much better customer service at lower prices.

Have you changed ownership recently as this is certainly not the standard we have experienced in the past. Didn’t get one of the dishes that we ordered. The Dishes we did get were less than average and certainly did not resemble the quality from other takeaways that we have had. Honey prawns were soggy, the rice less than average. Extremely disappointed that my guests from the UK were put through that experience.especially for the price.

The food quality is good and a high reasonable price. The wait however is not, it has been three years and this table is now my home. I am not sure when my food will arrive but I don't hold out much hope.

Take away service is really slow. Food was average at best. For the high price that they charge there are many better places to eat at.

This is a really good little Chinese restaurant local to the Currambine and Iluka area. We found the food really tasty and the prices really reasonable. Worth a visit.

Far too expensive for me food was hot but quiet bland couldnt really say the satay tasted like satay ordered through menu log, it was delivered quickly and was hot all in all I have had a lot nicer chinese

Generous with meat compared to many other chinese restaurants, tasty and well seasoned.ordered through menulog and despite us being 20mins away, was still hot. A little more expensive than most with dishes about $20each. Didn't get free prawn crackers though for an $80+ order.

Tried this Chinese for the first time. Ordered delivery through menu log and was delivered on time and hot. All the dishes were fresh and cooked perfect, best honey chicken I’ve had (smaller bits rather than huge ones like at other Chinese resteraunts in Perth) definate 5 stars from me.will be back soon and hope it lives up to this experience!:)

Ordered here on a Friday evening by far the best Chinese we have had by far, hot fresh Ingrediants. Honey chicken was amazing as was the chowmein and the bbq pork was cooked beautifully. Chips and curry sauce just like back home in the UK. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait for our next order. Delivery was fast and food arrived super hot with great sized portions. Thanks again great service and friendly staff:)

Got to be one of the best Chinese restaurants around Currambine. The sate beef is awesome and so are the spring rolls. Get the egg fried rice as a cheaper option. Try the Hungry Mart app for a 20% discount.

Ordered by phone. Was given a 45 min expected pickup window. 1.5 hours later was told our order was lost. Never received our food. Best mother's day family dinner ever.

After 1.5 hours I called and was advised the order was on its way, after 2 hours I called again and was advised the order was never actioned. Very disappointed in this poor service and being lied to when I originally called.

Kim Hee is a bit of a hit and miss, I've had great meals and I've also had absolutely terrible meals. Make sure to come in and inspect the order in person to ensure your meal is correct and is warm.

Consistency is key and when I see some sort of improvement I will update this review

Has been good fresh Chinese in past. Don't know what happened tonight with our takeaway! Rice ordinary! Chilli King prawn very disappointing. Not large king prawns we have had in past - chilli wasn't fresh chilli. Rather seemed like maggi sweet chilli sauce from woollies poured over the prawns: (

Quality has improved significantly in the last few months, like it's been taken over and run by new owners.

Food great, service fantastic and super fast delivery on home orders. Food is really fresh and tasty. Used to go to FooHua in Wanneroo but that went downhill after change of ownership

Last visited KH and one of our meals was sizzling garlic prawns. The prawns were almost like eating soft cheese. Certainly not recommended. At times waiting for take away has been so long that I have cancelled the order. Times change I suppose but we first went to their restaurant in Craigie and have followed them around for years. Not that happy that they add charge for credit. We will not go back in a hurry.

Charged for prawn crackers (aren't they normally free?) They didn't arrive & the driver said they'd sold out. Called them because we were charged regardless. Lady said they had some & the driver had just forgotten. She offered a credit off my next Bill but I explained we wouldn't be back. She said she'd send the delivery guy out again. But he never showed up. Still waiting for the refund.
