Kim Hee Chinese Restaurant

I have been waiting for an hour trying to contact the store, no one is answering the phone. I have been on hold for at least half an hour. Bad

Nothing bad to say. They got the rice order wrong and redelivered quickly. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. 10/10

We live locally and have been ordering regularly order from Kim Hee for years. Our favorite is Mongolian Lamb and Sweet and sour pork, They give the sweet and sour sauce separate so the pork is still nice and crispy. Well priced and great food always. Sometimes so have to wait longer to pick orders but thats ok, its worth it.

I waited 2 hours after placing an order at this restaurant through Uber eats. During this time, I called the restaurant twice where they advised me that the driver would be at my hotel shortly. Both times, the estimates were way off. When my food finally arrived, they had forgotten to pack cutlery as requested. I am in a hotel without cutlery. Very disappointed and will not order again.

This place used to be our go to local chinese but it has dramatically dropped in quality. I'm not sure if there are new owners, chef's, suppliers but the last couple of times Ive ordered from there the food has been terrible.

Spent over $50 on dinner and chicken fried rice had hardly nothing in it and was cold and tasted like plain rice and Chowmein had few vegetables in it and spring rolls were undercooked and cold, l had ordered food in the past and was delicious consistently and my family gave them a lot of business.unfortunately it's gone right down the food and definitely will not return nothing worse cold food on a cold night

Absolutely ridiculous service! I have order through Uber eats 3 times and every time it has been late! This time it’s has been 1hr 40, I called the restaurant and was told they were busy! Ridiculous …. It continues I was then told they could not get in contact with the delivery driver! They offered to make more food and send it out but it would be over another hour before I get it! The restaurant is 7km from my home!

NEVER AGAIN, the food is terrible, if i could give 0 stars i would, avoid this dive at all costs

Ordered thru the restaurant website. Food was friggin amazing, service was great. I have no idea why this place has only 3 stars, it’s the best Chinese in Perth hands down! Have had it a few times now and lovvveee!

Like lots of restaurant's Kim Hee is busy with takeaways. This means in our case, the order came out slowly and one item at a time with long waits between each dish. I.e. The first dish came out 15 minutes before the rice was going cold. After the rice came out, we waited another 10 min for the next dish and then another 10 for the final dish, resulting in cold rice and people not getting their meal at the same time.

Ordered lunchtime didn’t get food till dinner time so if you want to order make sure you order 5 hours before

Had the mongolian beef and black bean chicken both very delicious 100% recommended very tasty!

It's been my family's go-to spot for a few years now. The food is always delicious, and the staff is always super friendly.

DO NOT, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT ESPECIALLY ON UBER EATS. They will keep delaying you and do not even take ownership of the situation. Person on the phone was super rude too.

Mongolian beef and honey chilli chicken with special fried rice. Meal was excellent, we will be back.

Was small servings.expensive with no quality.had 1 prawn in combination satay.left hungry for 2 after spending 65 bucks.never will order from this place again.rip off.

I ordered rice and they gave me a dog, It wasn't even cooked. I brought this up with them and they said it was a quote on quote "family tradition". Overall now I have a house pet whos been with me for 2 and a half years. I still want my money back however, but he's a good boy. 3/5 stars.
