Literally the best Chinese food! I had the crystal dumplings and spicy tofu. Plus the crispy vegetable noodles. Make trips to australia just to come here! Service is also fantastic. Good job!

Very disappointed in this place, ordered meal and then after waiting 3hrs and several calls to the restaurant to ask about how long till I get my food. Also mind u was messaged by a so called delivery saying they where on their way. I then drove the restaurant to find out about my food, to be given another excuse to why I still had no food. Was made up on the spot in 5 minutes, was told I was getting the meal for free but I had to sort it out with Uber. I didn’t think this was correct and the female manager said she will deal with it. Rang 4 days later after the money had been withdrawn from my account including delivery fee and was told I would be refunded but still not refunded. This is the worst service if had from any restaurant and feel Ive lost the $70 now which includes delivery.

Predictably delicious, quality Chinese food including soup. Bit of a contrast from other "authentic" Chinese restaurants in the area, that's a good thing in my opinion.

Just ordered special fried rice fyom there.
I arived home to see there was 1 prawn 2 small peaces of chicken and the rice was very sticky. The worse Special fried rice I have ever tasted in my life.
I will never order ftom there again.
They must of hof changed chef!

Took way too long to arrive… 1 hour 20 minutes is not acceptable. It arrived luke warm not hot at all and because of this the sauce had all dried up. For the money I’m not happy with waiting that long to receive Luke warm food. Honey prawns and the kway teoh noodles were very nice. Fried rice was ok, Pork ribs in plum sauce to be avoided.

Just got our meals delivered (35 minutes and we don't live close). They were piping hot and probably the best Chinese we have had in years. We had big portions and chock full of meat and veges, not just padded out with rice. Will definitely be back.

I don’t often feel the need to review a restaurant. However I feel this place definitely deserves one. Awful dry, tasteless, overcooked and over priced.

Arrived quickly but food disgusting pork dry and all batter not enough sauce satay beef was a little bit of beef the rest was large pieces of broccoli and cauliflower the sauce on it was sooo salty and tasted powdery was so bad it went straight in the bin!

They used to have delivery via uber eats now they do their own delivery. Absolutely horrible delivery service ordered at 5.30 for.delivery asap did not get it until 7.45. No tracking called them and said left at 7.10 did not arrive until 7.45 we live literally 5 mins away. No apology no discount nothing. We have ordered a lot from you in the past and have spent a lot of money. We will not be ordering from here again. You are only.as.good.as your clients think you are.

We buy from here quite regularly. Always been good. This Saturday though was awful. We ordered the fried sweet and sour chicken. What we go was a load of very over cooked batter. Tiny dried up bit of chicken in a couple of the batter. How on earth the chef could serve that is disgusting. They would certainly know what they were giving the customer. We live a fair few kms away so had to go buy near hone. Also the tub of sweet and sour sauce was less than half that we usually receive. I Audi sent a message in their Facebook business page and no response whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Have ordered takeaway from Kim He for 4 years. The food is very tasty with good serving sizes & the staff are very friendly. My takeaway meals have always been very quick from time of order, approx 15min. I have updated my review from 3 years ago from 4 star to 5 star

If you want a really good Chinese you can't go wrong.
Years of ordering and not 1 bad meal.

Food is lovely however, 2.5 hrs to wait for our dinner is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable - phoned them and questioned how far the food was and received rude reply! Dont know why i thought our experiance would be different via ordering takeout - Dine is similar but not as bad but still significantly slow service than other asian restaraunts. The only reason why im writing on here is because its happened more than once - never again.

My daughter ordered a family meal from this dump tonight for delivery. She phoned them after an hour from placing the order and was told it would be another 40 minutes.
We would never order from here again.

Had a A delicious meal of Chinese which included satay chicken steamed rice and honey chilli chicken we ordered through menu log and it was delivered quickly was surprised at the quality of the flavours and also the containers they came in the quantity of the meal was enough for three meals for three people with complimentary prawn crackers looking forward to purchasing from them again good English from the person who delivered the order all for around $42 with delivery included fast Delivery pleasant girl

Complete disgrace. Ordered on line with Menulog and a delivery time of 7.15pm, which was already a wait time of 55 minutes. Tried to call at 7: 45pm but couldn't get through. Eventually got through and was told that the food would be a further 40 minutes which would have made it 2 1/2 hours since we ordered. This was because they had not even started cooking. No effort was made to speed up the order and all the owner could say was, sorry we are busy, and didn't seem to care or overly worried. At no stage did anyone attempt to contact us to tell us the food would be late.
