An employee named Laila gave me the most outstanding customer service when they ran out of fillets. I woupd definitely come back.

After coming into this store I was very disgusted on the condition of this store as being a fast food restaurant it was dirty, food all over the floor and rubbish on the tables and floor aswell. The floor is a sticky from drinks being spilt and it not being cleaned up. I will certainly not be coming here again in a hurry too top it off the lad that served us looks like he had been eaten by a vampire not professional at all love bites all over his neck must be really good management at this store

Food is always fresh and good, only issue is the entire place slows to an almost standstill as soon as it gets even slightly busy. They also can't ever seem to get an online order right which takes away from the convenience of ordering online!

KFC Joondalup whatever you're doing with your hot & spicy chicken. KEEP DOING IT. Seriously so good, the flavour is there and it's super crispy! I absolutely love getting the hot & spicy chicken from here. The chips are a hit or miss. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Once they forgot my drink with my drive-thru meal and I had to drive back, that sucked. It can get pretty busy during nights, both inside and drive-thru.

Chips were undercooked and no salt, lid on potato and gravy wasn't closed gravy was all over my budget and was no spoon to eat potato and gravy

Kfc Joondalup does the best chicken by far from any other. Literally finger licking good. I ordered the Kentucky slider from the secret menu and it was delicious. Also ordered the bucket for one. Chicken was fresh and cooked perfect. Chips hot and also cooked perfect. The manager, an asian lady, was extremely helpful and polite. A refreshing change from the usual experiences at other fast food outlets.

Busy usually gross soggy wait all time dirty tables if get 1 even when washed floors still gross slippery n table has oil slick

Worst kfc in perth. Too slow, the staff have a terrible attitude and the chicken they make is rubbish. Avoid avoid avoid

Imagine paying for you food, through the drive thru. Driving home and thinking about how yummy the chips will be. Then you get home and open the bag, find the chips aren't in there. Obviously didn't eat them but definitely paid for them. Driving back is not an option, you had one job and you failed at it. Still craving the chips.

Poor service, slow, went back twice due to wrong order, no servietts or spoon. Will not go back

Charged me for an extra but never gave it to me. Person who served me had aterrible attitude and i could not finish the chicken, way too dry. Not recommended.

I have been here multiple times and have been very disappointed by the safe, very unorganised and rude. Food wise it's like any other KFC

Very clean but quality of meal not as good as other shops chicken exceptionally oilly and slightly burnt.

Long time KFC lover, but what is the point of extending your hours if you're not going to have any food after 9pm. It's a shame but it's really put me off now.

The Joondalup kfc staff are professional and courteous and not beyond owning up to and making up for any mistakes made with orders. One of the better kfc restaurants in the Perth area.

By far the worst KFC in WA, and possibly the country. Rude and slow service and tasteless food (dry chicken) is not the best combo. Being let down 3 times in a row is enough.

Worst customer service. Ignorant staff. Specified the order 3 times and also pointed on the order screen that it was wrong. Staff kept saying ok and handed wrong order.

Walked in and there was rubbish EVERYWHERE. Trying to walk through the place like it was an ice rink. Got up to leave and almost stacked it as there was slippery stuff all over the floor. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was chicken grease. Chicken was tasteless, didn’t get any napkins, went to the counter but they were busy so didn’t bother and there were no dispensers in the store. No soap in the toilets. Boxing Day would have been pretty busy but surely they could’ve put more staff on.

Rude staff. Ignores you while placing order and end up with wrong order every time. This will be my last visit to KFC

They stuff up the order every single time. The chicken is usually old and doused with oil.
The 1 star is for consistency - consistently bad.
