Dirtiest takeaway restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. Asked girl to clean tables and she wiped all rubbish onto floor. Everyone has masks on so shouldn’t catch Covid but God knows what else we picked up while in there. Disgusting

Both Son's come home with tonight worst stomach ache, cramps they said the chicken was black in the popcorn chicken. They are terribly I'll after eating here.

1. Please call the order BY THE ORDER NUMBER! Last year, the staffs did it correctly, this year they call the order by the item. Imagine crowded hour and some might order same items.
2. Please take the order details accurately.
Order 9 for $9.95, came mixed with wings that were over fried etc.

Went to this establishment in order to try the new zinger pizza double box and had the worst experience of my life.somebody's weave hair was in my chicken! Also the chicken was somehow soggy and dry at the same time like hello?

Quality has gone down the drain. Ordered for our work's lunch breaks and they forgot someone's meal entirely and forgot sides for others. We are in retail and don't have the time to drive back and complain so now we have been charged for the missing meals and items.

Bought 6 nougats full of salt, proper die of clot arteries. They would not give me tap water because of covid, they said I would have to buy plastic bottle water, which I refused to buy, because plastic is bad for the environmental it should be banned. Shame on you KFC joondalup

I ordered a 3 piece box for $11.95 when I got home so disappointed the leg was the size of a pigean the thigh was the size of an over sized nugget and the wing was the size of a budgie. Pathetic if I go back I will inspect my food in the drive through to ensure I get what is advertised. Disappointed, disgraceful and I recommend every

I had such a great experience at KFC Joondalup. My food was fresh and at a reasonable price too. Special shout out to the manager on shift, Georgia, who went above and beyond for everyone.

KFC Joondalup has great staff and excellent food. Service is very good, great place to get a quick bite to eat.

Every time I go here service is good however always understaffed and can be slow. Food is good though

I got a 3 piece feed within 5 mins even tho the drive thru and restaurant were crazy busy. Service was friendly and food was great!

Finally got order my right. While I was waiting I went for a piddle. What a disgrace the toilet area was. No hand soap, container empty and so was the portable one sitting on the sink. Come on people lift your game. There's plenty out there who are out work. I'm sure they'd jump at the opportunity if you don't like your job.

Worst KFC meal in a long time. No hi, please or thankyou from drive-through member. Stale burger bun, stale old chicken fillet, stale cold chips. For the price you charge, disgraceful.

Once again at Joondalup I ordered a zinger meal and received cold chips! Only 1 chicken wing! And I have forgotten how many time I have not received a spoon to eat the potatoe and gravy! I get one everytime at Innaloo.

Stop hiring kids who don't care!

No food available at 8.50pm on sunday except one item and chips. I orderd online. When I came at drive thru staff said that not available what I ordered and asked me to get refund. Everyone dissappointed at drive thru. Car near the receiving counter waited 15 min for food. We were 3rd car just for refund and another 3 cars behind us. So we all reversed back all the way back. I went inside to get the refund. Understood that they prepared on sales forecast and time to close store is 10pm. Appreciate for great planning for not waisting food at closing time. But its not fair food is not available before 9pm. Lost 30 min for nothing.

Bought build your own box the chicken was dry and the pieces looked small and not appealing at all. Made a mistake and ordered from Joondalup will check next time that I put in any other but Joondalup branch

I don't know if the recieps have changed or not, but the food today was poor and all I ordered were nuggets and chips.

Got streetwise, they couldn't get the senior discount on till, manager tried he couldn't do it either, so I suggested put extre 2 pieces in as holding up cheque, but I had to ask at next window if they had been put it, they hadn't, so they got them, unfortunately it must have been standing while they tried to get discount, as chips were cold, no salt on them either, chicken over oily not crispy, disappointed. Got your automated reply, maybe you could strive to do better before we pay you. You reply is the same one you send to everyone who complains, yes its an automated reply losers

THERE WAS 2 HAIRS IN MY BURGER! I didn’t realise till I was finishing my burger! This is gross that a company can sell burger in that way! Never am I again eating there discussing
