Absolutely disgusting dirty unclean and rubbish everywhere in the restaurant. Toilets look like never get cleaned. Floor is very sticky and looks like it doesn't get cleaned daily. Unbelievable health and safety and how they can continue to stay open everyday like this.
Hopefully this helps them clean up this disgusting place

Food was no fresh and not that great service have kids the work that the look in their face shows that they don't want to be there

Did use the drive through. The young man that served us was very pleasant and helpful. Food was fast food which is not my first choice but was okay.

Did an order through Menulog for a burger feast which supposedly has popcorn chicken in it but wasn’t. Can’t ring you you would say contact Menulog which is mission impossible.

Constantly gets order wrong. I often give places multiple chances but after getting orders wrong 7 times in a row and never responding appropriately, it’s unacceptable.

Joondalup KFC is an awesome place with amazing service and the best zinger burger if had in a long time! I got served by this lovely young gentleman, Lachlan, at the window who took my order and pay. He is an extremely talented and kind young man who deserves the biggest raise you can give him. Honestly the best man ever! On the other hand, Mason who served me another time at the front counter decided it was okay to be disrespectful and I was only ever respectful to him!

Very nice, friendly and kind staff! The food was very tasty, but the place needs a little more attention! The table was dirty and sticky and the floor was slippery.

Poor service, soggy chips, dry chicken, no salt on the chips, forgot to give the drinks, and never any cutlery or napkins.

A person named mitch was very nice and helpful but when I went there again a person named Jack was very rude to me

Never again will KFC Joondalup see me, if I could give 0 stars I would. Colonel Saunders would not be happy!

Fresh food and nice people. Did have to wait at the speaker for a bit while 3 cars went pass me in the 2nd lane.

Ordered a maxi popcorn chicken and 10 wicked wings IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. Half an hour of my life I will never get back.

Ordered, paid and asked to wait at the front for 10 mins. Not a bad start.

After 20 mins I call the store: "it's going to take ANOTHER 5 mins".

After 5 mins I drive back through the drive through. I want my money back.

Waited another 5 mins in the drive thru until i got to a window and told "they are just packing it now, can you wait in the bay? " Decided i couldn't actually drive to the waiting bay (have you seen the price of petrol? !? !) and stayed at the window.

What did they do? Forget to pump the chicken full of growth hormones? Run out of chicken and go to Red Rooster? I'll be waiting at the window if I return.

Unprofessional staaf with no experience to deal customers.
Wasn’t bsy at all but still it took 28 mins to make 2 burgers.

The staff are lazy and unenthusiastic, I waited over 25 mins for my order. The place is not kept clean either.

A worker named Betty served me with a bright smile and very good customer service. Was very pleased with everything.

Has to be the worst KFC I've ever been in. Floor was filthy, toilet door wouldn't close but the other was out of order. The food was even worse - Zinger burger was tepid and so rancid I had to spit it out while driving. Chips were likewise room temperature and soggy.

Dirty place. Seats, tables, toilet in general including kids chair which need to grab some personal tissues to clean it. Staff doesn't car if you're dinning there or take away. Don't recommend for families

Can't fault their chips, as usual!
As a vegetarian, there isn't much for me here, but chips and frozen drinks, but I'm still happy!

I only have 2 bugs about it.
The drive thru is small, so watch it if you have a big car!

And the dine in closing time.
I've been there with 20 mins till the dine in closed, and I actually wanted to read the menu instead of holding everyone up in the takeaway queue. But the doors were locked already, though people were inside eating. Other people went after me for the same reason.
If you don't know what to get, this makes it difficult. You don't want to get stuck in the line if their frozen coke machine is broken and you have no backup choice (been there.wasn't happy).

But still, love their chips!

Mostly always get food orders wrong or forget to put something in that was ordered and paid for. Never get sauces with any meal unless you ask for it, even if your supposed to get 3 sauces as part of the meal. Hit or miss with food
