Great food, nice place, a little bit of music and a bit better customer service will make it perfect

Very big porsion, one porsion can be fit two people. Nice qabuli rice + lamb shank. If you really hungry, kabul cafe is the best place to eat.

I had kaboly rice with shanks today for lunch, I was just about in middle of my meal then I found two curly hairs in my salad, just about to throw up my food.
The owner was there and showed to him, he took it to kitchen to hide the evidence and he said "things can happen brother " " what can i do"? He asked.
That's all, even he wasn't regretful or offer free of charge as I haven't finished my lunch.
I'm a business man too and in my opinion customers are always right.
$20 is not important for me at all, but by leaving this note to aware others of what they might experience, hopfuly he will learn his lesson to have clean food services.
When people come to Australis they have to be prepared for the change too.
Diffinatly not going there again.

Went there for buy some bred.staff member (Yound boy) gave me some old, cold and burned bred! So I asked him, could you replace those, but he was like with attitude to me: If you want just take your money back!
So very shocking and very bad customer service!

Love the food. The meat just melts in your mouth. Ambience could do with a makeover. The prices seem going up and portions getting smaller.

This is ridiculously amazing food. You know when you eat something and you feel tangibly happier? This is the food you get here. Got the lamb skewers and beef skewers, both were 11/10.

Magnificent meal of shish kebab with a fantastically made bread and salad. Loved this place. Very nice.

Extremely rude staff. No respect for the customers. The main idea of a restaurant is customer service and no proper customer service. Arrogant and ignorant staff. Never trying it again.

The taste is good. When I was there today my skewers only had 4 pices of meat, and it use to be 5. Furthermore, the price was $3.50 a year ago now it’s $5 each skewer. It happened when I was there last time, I thought it was a mistake but now I know it was intentional.

Boss was good enough to recognise a mistake in my order and fixed it. Good place to get when visiting Caversham Animal Park.

Very rude and grumpy staff, long waiting, the food is average, kitchen staff touch foods without gloves.not worth to try again.
