Kabul Cafe

What a meal and good choices. No fuss, easy service. The food I had today was beautiful and the meat was cooked to perfection. Very generous proportions of rice and the kebabs are enormous. I’ll go there again if only to pick up a takeaway.

Everything about this cafe is great.just the grocery stuff they are keeping is way too expensive.

One of the workers there are literally the nicest person ever.they give us discounts and occasionally free stuff (bread or drink) Other than that the food is good and flavourful

Prices are gone up, service down and the food quantity has also gone down i wish there was a decent Afghan restaurant kebab house in Perth!

By far the best Kebab, Naan and Kofta I have ever had. The owner Ali is also a fantastic and friendly host. Do yourself a favour and give it a go! You won't regret it.

Food quality and customer service is excellent. The owner himself and his entire team is very down to earth and polite. Been to plenty of middle eastern cafe's in Perth before, but this one stands out the best. I have no hesitation to recommend Kabul Café to my friends & family's. The worst bloody customer service I have ever seen. The owner and his staff are extremely arrogant and very rude. This has been our experience multiple times. My friends have already stopped going there but I kept giving them the benefit of doubt but not anymore. Never going there ever again.

VERY bad customer service. I ordered 3 meals and I know what I ordered. When wanted to pay. The owner wanted to charge me for 4 meals! I told him. I ordered 3. He was very rude and no respect. And not recommended this place to any one!

Definitely POOR customer service. The guy at the cashier was rude. You need to learn how to take the order correctly. All reviews are talking about the same guy (owner). Careful not to be charged for an extra meal. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!

Easily the best Kebab Meals I have had in Perth. The owner and staff are always very kind and polite. We discovered the place by accident when we moved into the local area some months ago - since then found out this place has an excellent reputation for the quality of its food among locals.

They only know how to charge the customers but the customer service is very poor

Feeling very ripped off.bought meal that was supposed to be 3 skewers of mixed meat, with salad (which was a joke, non existent) only one sauce, and a huge nan bread. $25.nope not worth a bumper. Won't see me again.if I could give 0 stars I would

Thanks to the cashier, a young man provided us with the worst hospitality of my life telling me and my family to leave based on our personal preferences and freedom of choice. Absolute disgrace, Need to learn to mind his own business!

The food was really good. We asked them to reserve 2 dishes as they run out of them very quickly which they had.

The guy who is taking the order and the guy at the cashier both need to learn about customer service. The worse customer service in history. You are not in Afghanistan, this is Australia. Learn some manners. Don't shout at people.

The shish and bread were amazing, fresh and very traditional.
Customer service was very welcoming and a warming, it reminded me of the lovely hospitality i constantly experienced whilst travelling around turkey and Egypt.
Highly recommend this place for traditional middle Eastern cuisine, I'll definitely be back!
