Your receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. For the face of your company and from reading other reviews, it is obvious I’m not the only person who has had bad dealings with her. I had to speak to her on the phone to book in and appointment and get results which was unpleasant & then the eye rolling and rude attitude when I arrived for an appointment. Sorry the patients of the medical centre (and the reason you are employed) are such an inconvenience for you.

The receptionists bring this surgery down, they never look friendly or warm.the doctors here are fantastic.

I was very impressed with the reception I met with on my first visit.
The Receptionist was extremely welcoming and was also able to
advise me on Medicare matters.

All members of staff both medical and administrative have been very professional
and helpful when I have visited the Surgery.

Dr Andrew Deacon is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen. I have hated doctors, hospitals anything to do with the Health System for years, interestingly so many Health Professionals who don't know the answer to your problems than put it back on you. Dr Deacon looks beyond the obvious and finds other solutions, he understands the complexities of the human body, that not everyone fits into the same model. This man is intelligent, professional, caring and downright awesome. He picks up on things that other doctors miss. Honestly, he is a once in a life time doctor. No wonder he is so bloody hard to get to see. It is because he is an absolutely amazing doctor. This man I could not speak more highly of. Bloody legend. Thanks Dr Deacon. You are seriously one fantastic human being.

Very disappointed with receptionist lady’s,
very bad customers service, for two times I was waiting 50 minutes they have lost my appointment, sorry is not good enough.

Called up and spoke to receptionist renee, she was very polite and was able to squeeze me in on the same day. Would recommend

Receptionist had the most disgusting attitude, and me being sick as a dog i do not want to have to deal with nastiness like that. I called in to book an appointment and she said "none left. " so i said thank you and she hung up on me.absolutely revolting and i hope karma gives her what she deserves.

I like Jindalee Medical centre. It's new, modern and well located. The pathology room is near my GP room in the same building. It's convenient. The doctors are polite and knowledgeable. I would only wish female doctors would not change as often as they did in the last 2 years. I would prefer to go to the same female doctor all the time. Hopefully the new lady will stick around. Good medical centre otherwise. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very welcoming, good clinic with pathology right there. Compassionate Doctors. Dr Deacon is a very good and caring Doctor.

The staff were friendly and the facilities are nice but the cost is way too much. I needed only a quick fix and was in the chair for 6 minutes and it cost just under $300.

Just spoke to a rude receptionist this morning who only said "good morning jindalee medical how can I help you" no name, she was very brunt with me. As I'm asking questions I can hear in her voice she is getting annoyed with me. We established an appointment to which she then said, "we will see you you at 10 to 12 thanks" and then hung up. Wow, just wow. Will be finding out at my appointment who actually took my phone call and let management know that this is not on. I think all the doctors are lovely, but most of the receptionist look very morbid on arrival, get another job if you hate your life.
